The drop off location on the contract was not the right place, and when I called customer service to fix the problem, they said that the Houston branch imputed my wrong birthday, so they couldn’t modify my reservation for the correct drop off location. I ended up taking it to Galveston (my original drop off) and they kindly took the rental in, and even offered me a ride to the cruise terminal. Pros:The pick-up and drop-off was a smooth as I could imagine. Especially when looking around at how the other providers were operating.Cons:I got swindled by the associate checking me in. When choosing refuel options, I was shown a price per gallon that I would pay for them to fill up the tank. They "forgot" to mention that I would be charged for a full tank of gas at that price, regardless of amount of fuel used.
