Pros:Staff was friendly and pickup and drop off was also fast and easy.Cons:We were told we got the last full size car which would have been a huge problem since we had 4 people and lots of luggage. So thankful they didn’t try to give us a smaller car.Reviewed 24 May 2021

Pros:Staff was exceptional. I was assisted checking in at a kiosk and probably did it in less than five minutes. At the drop off, I was done in about the same time. I should have taken longer because I left my prescription glasses in the car. But they found them and contacted me before id even had time to file a claim.Cons:I dislike the USB connection in the car (I know: a manufacturer’s problem). The unit never communicated adequately with my iPhone, wouldn’t display my map, and insisted on playing my music in alphabetical order, starting over each time I started the car.Reviewed 18 Oct. 2019
