Arrived later due to travel delays. Office number went straight to voicemail and told to call during business hours. Family and luggage stranded at the airport had to get a rental from a real rental company. Never received a follow up call from the message I left. Cons:Even though I rented the vehicle almost a year in advance, and a month before our trip they canceled me! I was horrified! I was told they were over booked. Come on cancel mine from that long ago? So, had to work with them to get another one, of which cost almost double. Was told we would be reimbursed the extra upon our return, but it was just the hassle of having to start over, when I know we were ousted because I had a good price from them so long ago and took it. We even had to rearrange our travel because they were only open 11:00-3:00. It was just a shame we were treated like that.Reviewed 7 Mar. 2021

Cons:I requested a refund and I still haven't received it. When I call Kayak, they tell me to contact Ace. When I call Ace, they tell me to call Kayak. The transparency and customer service is borderline fraudulent and should be reviewed by the BBB.Reviewed 7 Apr. 2020

Pros:Staff seemed committed to moving things along quickly; when we just missed the shuttle to the terminal, they had one of the drivers take us over in the car.Cons:The pickup could have been better. The website said to go to the median and wait, and when we called the number listed, we got the same instructions. As it turns out, this was incorrect and they were now picking up at the old rental car shuttle area. We had to find the number for the local office to get correction. They were nice and came to get us where we were, but the discordance between the information from the corporate office and the reality on the ground was frustrating.Reviewed 12 Mar. 2020
