Staff should be told to treat the customer that is there in person and in front of them is a higher priority than random phone calls. Both at pickup and drop off we were interrupted by someone calling in. The clerk dropped us and spoke on the phone for almost 5 minutes while we stood in front of them halfway through the process. The wifi should be improved so that it actually works in the lot so the clerk’s handheld device works outside. There was no selection of vehicles. Although there were plenty of vehicles on the lot they hadn’t been cleaned and were unavailable. That should be a priority. The value for money was poor. A well used, beaten up, stained upholstery vehicle for a premium price is not value for money. Enterprise can do better………I know they can.Reviewed 1 Mar. 2023

We were greeted by Jared when we walked in. Jared was very good with taking us through the steps to rent. Very professional and we appreciated his manner. I believe it was the manager who greeted us when we returned the vehicle and he was very good. He took care of our check in right away. He called us a cab and checked back to see it had arrived. We very impressed with the 40 Hana Highway Enterprise location. Everyone we came in contact was very good. A young lady also asked if we had been taken care of. DarrylReviewed 23 Feb. 2023

They did not honor our week rental for $500. They still tried to charge us the $200 for the extra 2 days. We also returned the car on Jan. 1 but they were closed so they are trying to charge us for still having the car until Jan. 2 even though we flew home!Reviewed 5 Jan. 2023

The vehicle we rented had some electrical issues and enterprise agent was very kind and said we are welcome to take it back and they can see what can be offered, but we were figured out how to safely use the trunk. The trunk would automatically close without any trigger, upon opening, it will just close, after 4-5 tries, it would stay open. Experience with enterprise agent was great, she explained everything very well and was very friendly and helpful.Reviewed 30 Jul. 2022

I found this experience quite easy. I was surprised that there was not a shuttle bus to the off airport area and had to pay extra fees because I picked up the car at the airport. Otherwise, everything went well.Reviewed 17 Nov. 2021

Overall really good. The car wiper wash did not work which was horrible. The other thing is that this is not at the airport. Therefore it was less expensive which was great, but trying to get 2 miles with 2 weeks worth of luggage was difficult. I would still use it againReviewed 15 Nov. 2021
