Cons: Not enough help at the counter, long 20 minute wait with only 2 people in line. Car auto locked with keys in it somehow, modern cars are not supposed to do that which almost made us miss our flight. Sat on hold with customer NO SERVICE for 25 minutes waiting for them to answer. Even though the door had a numeric key pad, they could not give me the code to unlock the car. Gave up on them after several calls. Called my own lock smith that was there in 15 min after my call. WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Pros: The man I checked in with was friendly and kind

Cons: I was charged higher then the rate I was promised online

Cons: Car was not clean, windows and side mirrors had permanent water stains when I picked up the car. I asked the attendant if it could be cleaned but got no response. Tried washing the windows and side mirrors but stains weren’t removable. This is really a safety issue not being able to see clearly

Pros: The car was leaking oil, badly. We returned the car early and changed our plans. They only charged us for the day that we had the car.

Cons: These are the second tier of the Avis/Budget fleet. They let us know when we returned the car that Payless cars are the vehicles that are on their way out and they're a little beat up. As long as you don't care about that, it's a good deal. Just keep an eye on the oil.
