I was double-billed for this car: $454.29 from QEEQ.com who placed the rental order and $619.64 from Budget. When I disputed this double charge, Budget said I was late for picking up my car, so the original order had been cancelled and new order placed. I stood in line for the rental car for over one hour -- that's why I didn't pick up the car on time. I was there, the rental desk was understaffed and the line of renters was very long.Reviewed 3 Apr 2026

Honestly, the customer service was great. They responded to and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. The line to pick up was eternal and more people should have been working. Three at least. However, the agent's customer service was fantastic. Great experience overall.Reviewed 20 Mar 2026

Reservation requested at OGG booked to a location outside the airport. After waiting 1 1/2 hours in line I was informed of the location error and Avis was unwilling to honor reservation. Location booked had closed and I was forced to Uber to get to my resort. First and last time I will use Kayak or Avis. Very poor experience!Reviewed 26 Feb 2026
