The sales people during pickup and drop off were all great. One person truly stood out and that was Dennis. If my work was in Florida I would hire him today. An upbeat, positive and genuinely charismatic young man who believes in treating his customers like family. I would go back to Enterprise just for his service skills alone. Pros:The drop off at airport was convenient which was comp’d because of the terrible service.Cons:Everything. We waited over an hour for a rental truck that smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. It was awful.Reviewed 8 May 2021

Pros:Comfortable car. Service at pickup was good, they were very busy and the cars weren’t clean at the time of pickup.Cons:The first car we got was obviously recently smoked in and we requested a change in car. We got a less valuable car than the original (smoked in car). The car was previously smoked in but had been covered up and was not as strong as the first. That was very disappointing. Cons:Was given a car that had Nissan tape marks on all the doors....the front sensor did not work so we had an alarm that went off every time I put the car in drive.Reviewed 19 May 2019
