The sales people during pickup and drop off were all great. One person truly stood out and that was Dennis. If my work was in Florida I would hire him today. An upbeat, positive and genuinely charismatic young man who believes in treating his customers like family. I would go back to Enterprise just for his service skills alone. Pros:Comfortable car. Service at pickup was good, they were very busy and the cars weren’t clean at the time of pickup.Cons:The first car we got was obviously recently smoked in and we requested a change in car. We got a less valuable car than the original (smoked in car). The car was previously smoked in but had been covered up and was not as strong as the first. That was very disappointing. Pros:We waited in line for two hours. Understaffed. Cars unavailable. Had to go to another company and pay more since it was last minute.Cons:Horrible experience.
