Key West had few cars because of recent storms. A relatively valid excuse. Your staff was not at all helpful seeking alternate solutions. Eventually after about two hours we were given an adequate vehicle which still smelled of cigarette smoke. The return was easy.Reviewed 23 Jun 2024

The Hertz location where I was supposed to drop off the car was closed and I didn't know exactly what to do. I wish the employee had told me this when I picked up the car in Key West. There shouldn't be any ambiguity when dealing with a car.Reviewed 24 Oct 2022

The woman checking me out and setting up the rental was hands down the rudest woman I’ve ever dealt with at a rental car facility. There was a tropical storm and people were trying to leave and she made it extremely difficult and spoke extremely rudely to myself and other. Horrendous service.Reviewed 7 Jul 2021

Cons:This rental is by far one of the worst experiences of my life. I was standing there waiting for a car for over three hours. Meanwhile the staff was extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending.
