Pros:Initially no car available at my class, so they gave us a free upgrade to next class. Nice. When we declined insurance they took away upgrade, and said we would have to wait for the car to come from airport. After much back and forth they relented, but this left a really foul taste.Cons:Insurance is required? Not sure if this is true, or if they were just trying to force an upsell.Reviewed 29 Aug. 2019

Pros:Staff and the process very easy.Cons:Better maintained car. Our mini van was less than 50k miles but the van was long due for oil change and was making few noises. It had dents too. Otherwise the rental itself is good.Reviewed 14 Jun. 2021
