Confusing, stressful and costly experience. Unable to speak directly to rental office when calling for information. Always have to speak with foreign person who does not understand English or convey information to customer that is not accurate or confusing. Customer unable to secure need agreement for car rental. Information passed on to customer was not correct and caused customer much anxiety.Reviewed 7 Sep. 2023
