Didn’t like anything had to cancel because they wanted to see a physical card even though everything was paid for in advance and I had id …I was waiting on a replacement card in the mail and used Apple Pay when I booked it …I don’t understand why they needed my card again even tho every fee was paid they couldn’t tell me why either…had to cancel and lost out on a 100 dollars ended up using Turo way better experienceReviewed 21 May 2024

Pros:Drop off was easy. Staff were friendly.Cons:The radio in our car didn't work so we called the main number. Woman told us to call the local rental agency and gave us two numbers, neither of which worked. We tried to use the bluetooth and stream music, but that didn't work either. We stuck it out with the car but no radio makes for a long ride.Reviewed 15 Mar 2021

Pros:Nothing actually!Cons:The prices were ridiculous, the van was dirty, kept warning it needed an oil change, reaked of CIGARETTES and was almost unbearable to drive from Winston-Salem to Charlotte with my mother in law in kids so we could get to the airport all together! Never again will I rent from y’all AND I will be contacting corporate office about my experience as well.Reviewed 18 Jul 2020
