Pros:Drop off was easy. Staff were friendly.Cons:The radio in our car didn't work so we called the main number. Woman told us to call the local rental agency and gave us two numbers, neither of which worked. We tried to use the bluetooth and stream music, but that didn't work either. Pros:Nothing actually!Cons:The prices were ridiculous, the van was dirty, kept warning it needed an oil change, reaked of CIGARETTES and was almost unbearable to drive from Winston-Salem to Charlotte with my mother in law in kids so we could get to the airport all together! Pros:The customer service line was fine and was able to answer my questions, however my requirements for rental were not clearly pointed out. I reserved a car for the next day but the pick up location I was referred to was an airport which wouldn't allow me to rent with a debit card without a flight reservation. Just too much red tape. Went to Avis and rented a car within 30 minutes.Cons:Just went to Avis from the start; which is what I'll be doing in the future.Reviewed 1 Jan. 2020

No car available with reservationPros:The clerk at pick-up called and arranged a car at a different location, but only after I insisted.Cons:When I arrived at the airport at 1:30pm (driven by a friend), a nice, but very frustrated gentleman informed me that there were no cars available at this location, even though I had reservation for 2pm. I thought it was because I was early, but he told me there were 2 people in line in front of me and 1, also with a reservation, had been waiting since 12:00pm. The clerk called other locations and found out it would be 245-300pm before a car would be available, "possibly." He called the main location and I was driven by my friend to the other location in town to pick up my car. Apparently they were changing the oil in multiple cars and had no one to drive them to the appropriate locations. The car was cleaned but seats were stained. The windshield was dirty and there was no windshield washer fluid in the tank. So after driving through fog, I had to stop to clean the windshield because I couldn't see well. Rental 1-way was double the price of returning to the same location.Reviewed 25 Jun. 2018
