Pros: Manadarin is a very good hotel , very ogranized and clean , the employees are very welcoming , its only meters to the Peronas towers , and its connected to the mall , so its very conveninet to stay in Manadarin . also what i liked that they put fruits every day for us, and also they arrange the room for us at morning and around 5 every day .

Pros: OMG this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredible (front desk, butlers, bellhops, pool, everyone). They allowed us to check in hours ahead of time, as we arrived on a red-eye flight. Since the room wasn't quite ready, they showed us to breakfast and then the pool. The spa facility had EVERYTHING we could have needed to shower after a swim and get ready for the day. The spa lady even lent us her personal iPhone charging cord when she realized mine wasn't working properly. Then the front desk guy came to the pool to give us the room key personally. They REALLY have unparalleled customer service here, I've never experienced anything like it (and I've traveled to over 30 countries).
The room was very luxurious and that BATHROOM.... It couldn't have been any better. That's my new dream bathroom!
I would LOVE to stay here again and you should totally stay here if you are headed to Kuala Lumpur!

They offered us food and drinks in the bar one day because the refurbishment off one of the floors was noisy that day. Apart from that we did not hear anything from the work during our stay.

Incredible breakfast and a very nice view from the pool (Petronas Towers). Check in time is after 12 PM but because we arrived early we requested the room at 9 AM. They had not room immediately ready as the hotel is packed but we were given free breakfast while waiting 1h to get the room. An example of hospitality.
