Pros: Staff were really helpful with the lovely doorman being the first to meet and greet us and the rest of the staff were all equally friendly, helpful and nice. We arrived a little early and our room wasn’t quite ready but we were seated and tea brought to us. The room was very spacious, and and as I am disabled the bathroom facilities were excellent. Breakfast was beautifully presented although I couldn’t see a fried egg but I am certain if I had asked one would have been placed before me. A lovely pleasant and happy stay (apart from the weather which was appalling but as we were going to the m & S bank arena which was only a few yards away the weather didn’t create much of a problem. We had a fantastic evening seeing Rod Stewart. A lovely memorable time from us arriving to us leaving. Thank you to all staff who attended to us at the Pullman.

Cons: Parking place
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very suitable location close to the river bank and the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff, which ensures that your room will be clean and comfortable. More importantly, the place is quiet, so very suitable for a family trip.
Cons: A minor discomfort was the fact that the door could not be locked from the inside. So, people may feel a bit insecure during the night even though the door could not be opened from the outside without a key.

Pros: Excellent location, central to where I needed to be. Bar area was lovely and lounge and kitchen area was very homely. Staff were very friendly. Room was sufficient, comfy bed, clean bathroom & enough space to store luggage etc.
Cons: Room was great, 1st time sharing was OK but the room began to smell, it was messy with others belongings all over the floor & someone's snoring kept me awake, left my room @ 5.30am to sit down stairs.

Pros: Theme is interesting for those who enjoy the Beatles, and the hotel is located centrally.
Cons: Staff was incredibly unhelpful - they ignored my wife as she struggled with two bags through the doors and up the 10-12 stairs required to get into the hotel. One of the same people who ignored her later made an extra effort to walk over and stop us from walking down a staircase to view the Beatles memorabilia. Overall, the experience was off-putting.

Pros: The hotel is in a prime location, the breakfast was fantastic
Cons: Although we booked a room for 3 people we were told only a double was available and they squeezed a small camp bed in. We were there to celebrate my sons 16th birthday and that was a shame.

Pros: Location is perfect on the docks, lots of lovely restaurants around and literally a 5-10 minute walk to L1 shopping centre and 20 to the Liverpool Square. Room was clean, on the small side but cosy and a lovely view of the docks.
Cons: The walls are thin, the person in the room next to me was using their hairdryer at around 6.30am and being a light sleeper it woke me up. I did tell the hotel it was a special trip for my boyfriends birthday, they said they would see what they could do... turns out nothing...I thought they could have done a little something like said ‘happy birthday’ when we checked in or wrote a note in the room.

Pros: Booked this hotel for one night after a concert at the Arena. Great location (although there is a busy road to cross to get to the Arena). Nice bathroom, good shower, large fluffy towels. Comfortable bed. Room wasn't too warm (they usually are). Nice to have a sofa and footstool to relax on instead of the bed. Decent complimentary breakfast. Pleasant check-in/out staff. Very reasonable price.

Convenient walk to the waterfront (max 7-10 mins)
Cons: Car park charges £12 per night. Any extension beyond checkout costs £5
Breakfast is basic yet sufficient . Don't expect a Hilton type buffet
No fridge in rooms
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Booked this hotel for one night after a concert at the Arena. Great location (although there is a busy road to cross to get to the Arena). Nice bathroom, good shower, large fluffy towels. Comfortable bed. Room wasn't too warm (they usually are). Nice to have a sofa and footstool to relax on instead of the bed. Decent complimentary breakfast. Pleasant check-in/out staff. Very reasonable price.
Cons: The room card works other doors and the lift but didn't always work. When I was checking in a few guests were back in Reception saying their card didn't work the lift or room. Great security idea though. Room floor hadn't been vacuumed as well as it might have been.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location great for our visit to M & S Arena excellent breakfast good check out times
Cons: the electronic card system for access to bedroom ,lifts, and stairways temperamental had to change a card, met other guests with similar problems, fault on our bedroom door poss hinge needs adjusting difficult to open
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Better then expected, the staff were lovely and friendly. Perfect having the car park safely in the underground car park. Breakfast was lovely. Close to the Albert dock where we were going for a concert (easy walking distance) Will definitely stay again
Cons: The bathroom door was a little strange, but that's personal choice
7.0 Good
Pros: staff pleasant and efficient. Rooms fine
Cons: breakfast poor, would have like some bottled water in the room
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfortable friendly atmosphere and value for money
Cons: Noisy bilnds when raising or lowering
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good although a little wait as supplies ran out, hotel locations great and comfortable
Cons: Air conditioning units on the roof make a lot of noise if you are in level 6
7.4 Good
Pros:
Cons: The window of the room was very small and high up so the room was quite dark

Pros: The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a relaxed stay no noise from other guests . A great location for the shops, docks and Arena. Only one thing the room looked a little tired could do with a coat of paint . Dirt Mark's on the painted walls outside the shower room. Could also do with an electric plug socket beside the mirror. Otherwise I was happy with the stay and would certainly return on my next visit to Liverpool.

Pros: location was really good, parking also good however having to pay £10 when i had paid nearly £250.00 for one night was unacceptable.
Cons: its a budget hotel charging 4 star prices, the room was really small and we were kept awake because you could hear all the noise from fellow guests up and down the corridor during the night. Breakfast was also an issue as when we arrived there were no available tables, people were actually eating at the seats in the reception area.

Cons: The heating wasn’t on in our room, we had to ask repeatedly to get it turned on. Even when turned on the room was very cold through the windows. Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: A random very dirty and marked hand towel just left in the sink when we returned to our room on day 2. We were left clean towels too and bed made etc Being sat for breakfast at table that had obviously been recently vacated. No attempt by guy who sat us there to then clear cups, bowls, glasses etc. Girl came to take our food order and we mentioned this. She just took 2 of the glasses and said she'd be back. She didn't come so we cleared as needed to make space. Breakfast on 2nd day was at a clean table, but along with quiet a few other people,we were just standing at the buffet counter waiting on jugs of juices to be filled, drink machine to be filled. Someone to take food orders etc. Some guests were a little unhappy re this. We did hear a staff member say they were 2 staff down? I know there are FAR more important issues in the world and I only mention the above as you are asking for feedback. Thanks

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I didn't like the idea of being in a room with strangers it's not safe at all. as a matter of fact I did spend a night there.
I'm just wondering if I can get a refund
7.1 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed with personal light, charging port, and curtain. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Dirty dorm, bathroom, kitchen, and common area. Definitely need a sweep and wipe down. Kitchen had very few usable items (literally one pot and a single large knife??). Dorm heaters did not work so there were 3 portable space heaters plugged in. Leaking hallway, super cold because door left open.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The shower keep away if you want any luckshoure like a kettle or tv
Cons: Not what I was expecting your pictures showing different from the real thing it's just a youth hostel not for grown ups and over priced!!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Nice room. 6 beds n 2 bathrooms. Tidy n clean. Highly recommended.
Cons:
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Not much
Cons:
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Walking distance to multiple touristic locations.
Cons: I set the heat to the maximum possible the first night. The temperature was always below 7/8 degrees despite setting the heat to 5. I woke up in the middle of the night to put on my coat and slept with it.
The next day I mentioned it to the person in the counter. He said he would send someone to check the heat and send an extra heat and/or blanket. I arrived later in the night. The temperature continued to be extremely low, there was no extra heat or additional blanket. Once again I had to sleep wearing my coat. I asked the person at the counter (the same of the day before) and he asked me why I didn't tell people from the staff. That was actually what I had requested from him the night before! Terrible service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: Only thing I did not like was that I had to produce my credit card to check in. Luckily I had it with me. Normally I do not carry it with me.

Pros: The room was nice and large lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed, the staff on reception were not interested in doing anything about me being disabled with bad mobility and severe arthritis, all credit to Archie who is a one of the nicest young men in your hotel nothing is a bother to him and he is always happy
Cons: Room was cold first 3 nights as central heating was not working, kept being told maintenance would be up but only came as I said on the Wednesday on the plus side was given two blankets and a portable heater
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location right in the city centre with a car park only 100 m from the door.
Cons: The room I had (216) was poorly maintained especially the bathroom fittings definitely needed refurbished. When I stood in the bath to use the shower over it my head was completely above the fixed shower head and I am only 5’9”. So I had to stoop down to get showered. The seal around the sink looks like it was done by a 3 year old.
