I received a voicemail in Paris the evening before we expected to pick up a car we had reserved for the next 8 days. I was informed that there was no car for us, sorry. Called back several times at the number for National at the Gare de Lyon and no one ever picked up. Obviously a terrible experience.Reviewed 8 Jul 2024
