Cons: I was very irritated that I asked for a quiet Room away from the elevator and got stuck with the Room right in front of the elevator. and don't ever ever ever stay in a Room facing the freeway!!! It was a nightmare!! we were kept up all night long by traffic outside on the street, and on the freeway. the windows are paper paper thin.

Cons: I booked this hotel on accident. I thought I was booking a different Holiday Inn. This one had no breakfast included in the price. This hotel also only has one elevator for everyone. We waited 5 minutes for the elevator with a crying baby and when the elevator got to us, it was full of people trying to go to a different floor. Bad system. Didn’t even know where the stairs were. It wasn’t bad for a two night stay, but I won’t book it again.

Cons: There was no hot water. My stay was less than 12 hours long. All I needed was a bed and hot water. After my cold shower, I notified the front desk about the lack of hot water. They said that they would fix it. I said, well that doesn't change the fact that I took a cold shower and now I'm late for my meetings. They just kind of stared at me. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

Cons: When I got to the front desk, for some reason because of my name looking at the guy behind the counter, I prayed he don't give me a hard time, and he did. He tried to tell me I'm not in the system. I showed him my booking.com reservation number he said it was wrong. I showed him they took the money out of my account for this address that he verified was the right address and said I had to call booking.com. after 3 minutes of trying to call booking.com he says your name just popped up on the screen which I knew he was lying, but I'm not going to cause a scene. It's very unprofessional, not sure if he was showing off to the blond young house keeper that evening or not. What ever it is, it's not a good representation of the hotel.

Cons: The Wifi service was bad. I was using an iPad and a Kindle. The password did not work until the manager came to my room and used a website that was never mentioned to me. This happened three times. Then I would be connected until I left the room for awhile. Each time I came back to the room I lost the connection. One night I came back after 10 pm and I was disconnected again. I didn't want to disturb the manager so I could not use my devices.

Cons: The rooms are dirty, the floor is sticky! No cleaning services- only once a week and if you missed it before you checked in-they're not coming to clean the room! The place is full with drug addicts and creepy people- the police came to the hotel and were on the floor I was staying in! Scary to go outside most of the time, but especially in the night time. If I had known this location was so ghetto I'd never book it.

Cons: Bed sheets were dirty, so we couldn’t enjoy the bed that was really comfortable. The floor was dirty as well. No cups or plates, although it has a kitchenette. The bathroom was kinda dirty too. The sink looked like it was about to fall from the wall. I must say that this was one of their best rooms. I’m not sure if I’d come back, not even for a night. The stairway smelled like garbage and it was full of people that looked dangerous. Oh, and a lot of noise on the outside of the door all night long.

Cons: Fair price, the room was decent, but the location has some less desirable long term guests, who hang out on the balcony and stairway drinking, smoking weed and playing loud music at night with the door open. I spoke with the staff the following morning and there were aware of the problems with one of the guests and even told me he caught the room on fire the night before. They confirmed he had been there long term and they didn't offer any sort of help or compensation. The pool was also dirty. I wouldn't recommend this place for a family, or somebody who values their sleep.

Cons: REeservations on line were not easy. Reserved 2 rooms but had to cancel 1 and it would not let me. At the desk I was told they couldn't do it, that I had to do it on line. Not happy! Hoping I didn't get charged for that extra room

Pros: The staff was awesome, but the place was way run down and high priced for the run down place. It shouldn't be more then $--- a night. The ice machine was broke and no remote for the tv and the phone wasn't even hooked up.

Cons: There was no remote for the tv phone wasn't working and I couldn't get the wifi to work.

Pros: I liked that the soda machine worked.
Cons: The maids were rude and stole a black duffle bag but they never gave it back to me or replaced the bag or attempted to reimburse me the value of my belongings.

Pros: The first thing that caught my eye was the sign behind the front desk: “No Refunds!!!” As soon as I opened the door to the room the reason behind the sign was obvious. Stained furniture, dirty floor, water drizzling from the shower and an overpowering stench of cleaning products so strong my eyes started watering immediately. And did I mention the rock hard bed and pillows? The wife was certain that this was the worst motel we have ever rented in the past fifty years.

Cons: Dirty, no extra towels, no extra blankets, broken Crack pipes under the bed. Water constantly dripping from shower faucet. Hookers, and no security. Stains on the walls and holes in the walls and doors. Beds were horrible felt like the mates was 20 years old. Only 6 channels on the TV and only 2 were clear enough to watch. Screen was torn on the window like someone had to jump out the window. At Breakfast there were empty cereal dispensers and only 4 pastries which we had 8 of us. Got a WiFi code but WiFi didn't connect. Not worth the money spent
