It was an extremely stressful time, but having compassionate and friendly staff, as well as feeling that we were staying in a well-maintained, clean, safe hotel so close to the hospital, eased the stress a little.

Cons: USB port built into the furniture caused issues with my iPhone. Upon plugging it in, my apps began opening up and accessing my camera and other personal data. I recommend not using the port. Paying for parking this far away from city center also sucks.

Cons: Without transportation, very limited resources for restaurants anywhere near the hotel. Front desk staff offered a menu from a local Chinese restaurant that would deliver. So available choices for food were rather poor.

Cons: The stairs, hallways and elevator were filthy. There was 20 parking spaces for the whole hotel. They sent me to a room that had people in it. It should have been marked as a 1 maybe 2 star hotel.

Pros: The beds were the most comfortable I have slept on at a hotel. They had on site laundry available which was a plus.
Cons: I did not appreciate the fact that the thermostat was set to 68 and there was NO CHANGING IT! I will not stay there again for that very reason. If you offer heat and air conditioning I expect to be able to set it to a comfortable temperature.

Cons: The location is very loud, if you need sleep this isn't the place to get it. There are no fridges or microwaves in the room, their solution? A microwave in the lobby you can use until 11pm. Not even a coffee pot in the room. The only furniture in the room was the bed dresser and desk, no table to sit at or even a chair. They have a key card gate around the parking lot, but you can just walk in both sides of the building, so whats the point? Cheap scratchy towels as well.. But at least the ice machines work. Management was rude when i had a complaint about the lack of furniture and the noise.

Cons: Didn’t notice any of this when we arrived because it was 3 am, we were so tired and fell asleep when we got into the room. A pillow had lipstick on it and hair on both pillows that wasn’t ours. I woke up in the morning with bug bites on my side and lower back and we felt so uncomfortable in the room we slept in the car on Saturday night. Horrible room.

Cons: The location itself is alright. The only problem I have being a walker is the distance from decent food and work the following day. This is a minor gripe though as the place is nice overall.
