The shuttle never showed up, called multiples times nobody answered, we ended up walking in a temperature 90+ heat all way to the place. Got there they didn’t even know customers were waiting for pick up at the airport. The price was good but just because of all the hustle to try to pick up the car will think twice to choose this company again.Reviewed 20 Nov. 2022

It was an easy process. We arrived about midnight and called for shuttle service. They were to the airport in about 5 minutes. A few minutes of paperwork (bring insurance card) and we were on our way. Drop off was even quicker.Reviewed 7 Nov. 2022

We arrived to pick up the car rental (we made a reservation prior and paid in full), they did not have a car for us. They gave us a substitute, and we had to return the vehicle before 12 noon that day. We picked up the new car, and 4 days later it would not start and we had to return it again and, resulting in another day lost on our vacation. It would have been better if they go the extra mile for customers, the experience was good but I got there a few hours later because my fly and I had to wait 5 hours for them to open in Aguadilla PR would have been nice if they were there for my reservation.Reviewed 30 Sep. 2022
