Crew was helpful. Food was ok and boarding was ontime
Boarding, crew knowledge/experience, waiting time on a bus (in Lisbon) to our gate, poor directions and lack of staff to direct travelers through customs once landed in Toronto.
Very comfortable, good hospitality, staff very helpful. Good Indian food . Had a peaceful sleep throughout
Cons: "Screen is slow and outdated. Easy upgrade from one class to another."
Cons: "They didn’t put enough fuel in the tank and the pilot only noticed when we were next in line to take-off so that led to a 30 minute delay. Some terrible seat designer put the call button and light control on the armrest exactly where your elbow rests so every few seconds you would here a call bell."
Pros: "Take off take off and landings were on time or early."
Cons: "I could not find the AC outlet that was supposed to be there. I only noticed under the seat When deplaning."
Pros: "Typical Air Canada flight. Not great but not horrible (surprisingly)"
Cons: "The entertainment systems were broken on our seats but they did give us a small discount voucher."

Cons: "Not all ground staff are crosstrained on how to accept manual payment for extra luggage and had to wait an extra half hour for the only person who can process a debit transaction. Does not make sense..."
Pros: "There wasn't anything that stood out that I could say I liked."
Cons: "I didn't care for the attitudes if the stage working in the Toronto airport. Things really aren't clear there for first-timers and much of the staff was acting like I should already know to do a lot of things when there weren't any clearly posted signs saying so. There is also a huge lack of organization."
Cons: "Air Canada is always late in my experience. I always end up waiting at the gate for the inbound flight which happens to be late. It is so annoyingly dishonest, considering that the flight is announced as on-time up until minutes before the departure time. When all along they know the incoming flight is late. After we boarded the plane at origin, we spent 15 minutes at the gate and quite a bit on the runway. When nearing the DCA, the plane took a complete detour went near Baltimore and then Annapolis and then flew back to near Gaithersburg as if it was intentionally wasting time on the air. Upon landing in DCA we had to wait 15 minutes on the taxiway waiting for the gate to clear. The (one hour long) flight that was scheduled to land at 10:20pm landed just before midnight. Air Canada is awful. This happens every time I fly with Air Canada and their conduct is just cheap and dishonest."
Pros: "The crew was pretty nice"
Cons: "My toddler wasn’t issued a ticket like he should have been so it ended up taking me a long time to check in. I had to sit next to another passenger with a toddler on my lap. Multiple rows had 3 passengers."

Pros: "The crew was friendly. After a week in the Caribbean sun, we were tired and had a low tolerance of everything."

Cons: "Everything. From the chaotic boarding scheme to the uncomfortable seats that really didn't recline. Less than 2 hours into the fight, they were out of red wine. They were also out of chicken for dinner so the only choice was vegetarian pasta. As for movies, what happened to Gogo Entertainment? I had to use their headphones to watch the movies on their screen instead of my iPad. So, I couldn't use my bluetooth headphones. There was no close caption so it was hard to watch the movies amidst the noise of the engines."
Pros: "The Rio de Janeiro international airport is very difficult to traverse. However, the airport staff was very helpful in directing me several times to the correct location."
Cons: "United needs a check-in kiosk located between the domestic arrivals section and the international connection hallway just before security. I had to walk to the complete length of the airport and back again, just to check-in. Other airlines, such as Delta, have a kiosk located just before the security entrance. The cabin temperature was absolutely freezing during the flight, and I am usually hot."
Cons: "Entertainment was choppy and many titles didn’t work without constant buffering"
Pros: "So much more room, was in a older plain could tell the difference, back when comfort was more important then money."
Cons: "Flight Attendant would just barge through without any notice even if not in the isle still would bump into you"

Cons: "The plane was delayed for hours no pilot who is that possible they board us and then make a announcement that we are delayed for another 130 ridiculous never had a problem with jet blue extremely dissapointed"

Cons: "The personnel was very rude. They charged me for my Service Dog which is illegal. Personnel yelled at me for having my service dog with me in the seat. They changed our seats, even though we picked them when buying them for a reason and my boyfriend and I ended up sitting in different lanes. Horrible experience. Landing and take off of the plane felt horrible. They double charged for one service dog. Even though I provided the Dr's note and her service dog tag."
