Pros:Staff was execellent- but because of covid-19 counter measures- had to wait outside and do transaction through small window opening in trailer and in facial mask.Cons:Honestly if not for above mentioned procedure it would have been perfect. Pros:The price/value was great, and the rental extension over the phone was a simple and easy process without any price-gouging.Cons:During this Covid19 lockdown, the Alamo office shutdown early and nearly left me stranded in the middle of nowhere with no way of getting out. Calling the head office or local office gave zero help. I only got the car by yelling from outside the gate until I got the attention of the worker in the office, and then convincing her to allow me to fulfill the reservation. If that hadn't happened I would've been completely stranded in the middle of nowhere for 24hrsReviewed 13 Apr. 2020
