The actual process of picking up/dropping off the car was quick and easy. The shuttle picking us up from the airport took close to 30min after calling almost 10 times. That was a big turn off. The additional fees also were unexpected and the car ended up costing over $100 than what I had reserved it for.Reviewed 1 Mar. 2023

I thought that customer service needs to improve. Employees should not walk around or help customer's when feeling stressed and not being able to control their emotions. Should also be a few employees there.Reviewed 17 May 2022

My capital one card was rejected causing me to use my own insurance and pay an extra $60. Capital one and Visa couldn't provide an explanation. I pay $450 for this card and all it's perks, one being rental car insurance. I will notify both of my issues when I return home. Your terrible policies wasted an hour of my time and cost me $60. Thanks for nothing and I'll be sure to leave as many negative reviews as possible.Reviewed 11 Mar. 2022

The only thing is change is for the shuttle to either be at the airport waiting when your fight gets in or let you know that you have to call. We waited for a bit before we figured out we had to call. The shuttle did come quickly once we called though.Reviewed 7 Dec. 2021

Pros:Shuttle service to and from the airport and the location of the facility was very close to the airport.Cons:They are to open at 11 pm each day. The day I went to drop off the rental I was there at 10:30 pm to ensure I could drop off and make it to the airport in time for my flight. They didn't arrive to open the building at 11. They were 15 minutes late putting me a little behind schedule to make my flight in time.Reviewed 8 Jul. 2021

Pros:I was pleased with the vehicles performance.Cons:The gas rating they gave me at the office was in accurate with what was in the tank. The agent also asked for my full declaration page of insurance versus proof of insurance. After I returned the vehicle I was still contacted ba text to return the vehicle or extend my contract.Reviewed 26 May 2021
