Poor pick up and drop off/Horrible desk serviceCons:The guy who takes care of the paperwork was short staffed. He had a line coming out of the office. We had to wait almost a hour just to drop off the car. On top of it all the van driver was no where to be found. We had to wait another half hour for him. He was in a car texting for the half hour he was MIA. He was offended when I honked the horn because we didn't want to miss our flight. I also had to put my luggage in the van. He had a bad attitude and seemed like he didn't want to work. I wish I would have taken his name so I can report him directly to the rental company.Reviewed 7 Feb. 2017
