Cons:The worst custer service ever. Had i not made prior backup arangements i would probably still be at the Airport waiting fpr the shuttle. I Call E-Z Rental prior to departure date and was informed the confirmation number emailed to me was not valid. I had to call priceline who then got in contact with E-Z Rental and verified the confirmation number was In fact valid. I arrived at Aquadilla airport on time as scedualed at 1:30 AM and asked at the information counter and was told where would I pick up the shuttle to E-Z Rental. I waited over a half hour and no shuttle ever arrived. I attempted to call their local office and the message said the phone number I was calling was not accepting calls at this time. I was furious. I thanked god I also made a backup reservation with Dollar rental and was picked up right away.Reviewed 15 Mar. 2017

Cons:This is the second time I rented and left down. Just this time was in a forigner country. I booked, paid same amount for insurance, had my personal insurance, and my credit card. All of them were presented to person in the counter, in Aguadilla Airport, Puerto Rico. He did not accepted and he had tried to sell me another package of insurance. As I denied, of course, he denied the rental. I was left on the street in a different country, 1:00 o clock in the morning. I will never rwnt deom easy rent a car anymore and not advise anybody to do so. About Allianz Insuranse, left me down when (NOT EASY TO RENT A CAR, did not accept they policy, the # they have to call for assure they police was good, never had a person and the phone call was alway direct to a web site. Cons:They were not honest. Tried to change the price when I got to the counter. Said that I had to take full insurance because I booked a discounted rate. The. Price they offered was 3 times the amount of the rate offered online. Even worse, kayak offered full insurance coverage at $11 per day. This was not offered at the counter. The agent told me I didn’t read the fine print. I took out my phone and walked him through the booking process on kayak showing that there was no fine print. I even showed him the $11 insurance option but he wouldn’t budge on the new price. I called enterprise and they picked me up from ez rental. They rented me the car, without insurance, and saved at 50% less than the ez quote.Reviewed 14 Dec. 2019

I will never rent from EZ againCons:I had a reservation set and confirmed, when i arrived to my destination, (at 4:00am) the shuttle was not there. I tried contacting EZ to find out the shuttle location, and i was told that no shuttle will be out to pick us because they do not have a car. I explained I had a reservation, and i was told, "yes ma'am we have your reservation, we do not have a car for you." They hung up, and nothing else was done to try to help or fix the situation! And with that alone, I have added EZ Rental Car to my banned list and I will never use them again. I'll also make sure to pass this word along to everyone i know so that's is clearly understood if my disappointment with them.Reviewed 22 Nov. 2016

Pros:Car was clean, new car. Shuttle has a great, fast service and the drivers are very polite and helpful.Cons:Process of rental being from out of PR is awful, employees have no resources ir knowledge and experience to help customers other than "That's all I can do for you" and it means they do nothing besides what you can do by yourself. Not possible to pay the rental online, no customer friendly service. They say that the online service is only for reservations and it doesn't represent the details of their local service. For the details customer has to call the local office where the rental will be made. Crazy "modern" world.Reviewed 5 Dec. 2018

Don't be lured by cheap rate, hidden fees galoreCons:This company requires two types of insurance: collision damage (standard at other companies, usually covered by credit card) and liability (not required at other companies). This makes the luring cheap rental more expensive than anticipated. In addition, activation fee AND daily use charge for using toll road pass (in addition to the toll). Some tolls are pay-less which means you have to have a pass, so you end up having to pay. Overall, I felt scammed. First and last time renting with this company.Reviewed 10 Jun. 2016

SCAMPros:Nothing. Never saw them at the airport. Scam company!Cons:Everything! Company doesn’t have an employee on the airport, no cars at the airport, no point of sale or advertisement on the airport, i called 2 days prior the reservation date to verify the reservation and confirm and i was told by the person that answered the phone that it was all set and that the car reserved. . Other car rental companies said that their service is like a scrap shoot. Where the house always wings and the customer always loses. Dont Be fooled by the price, because at te end of the day you will get there and you will leave the airport with a car from another company and for less money.Reviewed 11 Apr. 2018

Cons:Multiple problems with this vendor: -arrived to pick-up car a little after 1 hour & reservation cancelled with no way to reinstate so I had to come back another day, -given car with gas tank empty, -overcharge on the mandatory Autopass, -no notice about needing FULL insurance information to rent car without hidden cost, -new car without key fob automatic entry. This vendor is basically a bait & switch factory. And they operated under multiple names. I was not the only person mislead. I observed another renter have a furious conversation because he was getting charged almost DOUBLE his reservation also. Drop this company!Reviewed 19 Feb. 2018

Never rent from them again.Pros:Car was clean.Cons:Firstly, I was given the rate of $59 by kayak. When I showed up they said it was $69 for a tax not included in my rate. When I returned the car, the charge magically became $94. When I asked why, I was told "taxes and fees were not included in the rate". I am extremely dissatisfied. I will never use Kayak or EZ rental again. When you advertise $59 including taxes and fees, and I end up paying $40 more, this is an unacceptable business practice. Unethical businesses do not deserve my money. Do not rent from EZ rental and I strongly recommend using someone other than kayak for your future reservations since they associate with these types of businesses.Reviewed 24 Jul. 2017

Worst place to rent a carCons:When I went to get my vehicle, they did not even have the car registered to comply with the government requirements and law. The make me wait for a supervisor that I never saw, so after an hour I left this car rental place in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico without any car, and I had it reserved.
