Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cars/prices and attempts to constantly up charge were annoying. I wanted a 4 door sedan. One was available in price range and noted to smell like smoke so we were given a 2 door sports car. Difficult to fit our luggage and horrible on gas. Next time I’ll go back to renting with Enterprise. I know I’ll get the appropriate car.Reviewed 7 Oct. 2023

Cons:I was early picking up my rental. They forced me into paying for an upgrade even though there were plenty of cars available. Definitely felt I was scammed.Reviewed 2 May 2021

Cons:Cannot call someone live on phone with questions about my invoice. I requested a certain size car but when I went to pick it up they were out of that size and I had to “pay” for a larger vehicle. I didn’t know I was going to be charged for it as it wasn’t my fault I’ve tried to contact Sixt and you get disconnected without being able to have a person to speak with. Pros:The staff was very professional and took the time to work with us regarding our questioning of the "Luxury" car which is advertised as a "Mercedes or comparable".... a Volvo is not what I would consider on par with a Mercedes.Cons:The advertising should have been more accurate, instead it was misleading.Reviewed 25 Apr. 2021
