The pickup was the terrible experience I had with a lady who was rude, talking to me maybe she was having a bad day. Two of my card has decline twice because I was using it out of state and it decline the processing, her statement was "IF YOUR CARD DECLINE ONE MORE TIME, I WILL REFUSE THE RENTAL PROCESS OR USE YOUR DEBET CARD, HER VOICE WAS LOUD AND RUDE"Reviewed 23 Sep 2026

Didn’t get to rent a car but thankfully I had zero issues with Enterprise.Reviewed 30 Aug 2026

Computer systems were down so the staff were doing their best but very overwhelmed. The car we reserved was not available so we got a different one … no problem at all… but there was only enough gas to go 30 miles before the gas light came on. I’ve never rented a car that close to empty before. Front counter staff was very nice but you could tell he’d been dealing with angry customers and it was going to be a long day for them all.Reviewed 30 Aug 2026

Checking in was bad. Agent said I needed $67 toll package and gas refill was cheaper with budget. Both incorrect!! Only had a $2 toll and gas was $.30 cheaper outside of airport. Car was dirty inside and out! At drop off Manager was wonderful and gave me a refund for above costs!Reviewed 24 Apr 2026
