Pros:No staff was not friendly, Thirfty didn't have any cars/trucks available. Told us we could be put on a waiting list and sit and wait for someone to maybe return a vehicle. This is unacceptable for you to allow a reservation for a specific time and there be no cars available. There were a lot of customers up there waiting. We cancelled the reservation and went with another company.Cons:Everything could have been better. I will never attempt to rent from them again. Horrible customer service. Pros:I made the reservation for the vehicle 2 months prior to the pick up date. When we arrived in Memphis Airport we were told there were no vehicles available. The Thrifty agent said they were cleaning vehicles when they came in and it would be approx 2-3 hours before a vehicle was available!! We waited almost 3 hours for a car!!!!! The Thrifty agent was completely matter of fact and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I will NEVER rent from this company again!Cons:The entire experience!!!!!Reviewed 5 May 2021

Pros:Car drove nice. It was comfortable. Good gas mileage. Held our two large pieces of luggage.Cons:When we attempted to pickup our reserved car at the Memphis airport at 3pm, they had no cars. I was told to return the next morning at 6am to ensure a car.I returned the next morning at 6:15am for a car. It took 45 minutes. The car was inundated with cigarette smoke. The cars are suppose to be non-smoking cars. I could not get another car. I drove in the smokey car for 7 days. Worst experience. I'll never rent from Thrifty again.
