Pros: "Crew was amazing. They were friendly and kind. Very helpful. Made sure I was comfortable and made sure the area was clean and safe."
Pros: "From Atlanta to Manila we were served 2 meals. The time gap between the two servings is just too long. For a 14 hour trip the first meal was just after take off and the second about 2-3 hours before landing. The snack was too small of which we were made to choose : a banana, a bread and a brownie."
Cons: "Adding more to the food. And also if crew can check on passengers who lie down in economy as if they are in business class taking space of the other passengers making it uncomfortable."

Pros: "The general service was amazing. The flights were all super clean, well stocked (they still provided headphones, pillows, and blankets) and nice newer planes. The crew was great as well, their English was pretty good and I never had any issues."

Cons: "3 of my 4 flight legs were considerably delayed, my luggage not making the connection for one of them. A friend also flying Korean also had delays making me think they are unreliable and extremely disorganized. I don't know what they'll do when they're really busy for the Olympics. Entertainment OK but ANA has much more."

Pros: "I liked that it was a seemles, smooth and easy operation during the entire trip from departure to arrival. Thank you for making traveling a pleasant and dreamy experience!"

Pros: "Overnight flight to San Francisco, the crew is stellar. They are calm and friendly and speak English well. I liked the food options, I would recommend sticking with the American choices if you're not used to Korean food. The dinner was actually pretty good. Entertainment options are plenty, I watched 3 movies and a documentary. The flight maps and outside cameras are great, and it showed that the pilots were constantly trying to find smooth air while the first portion of the flight was bumpy. They found it and the rest of the flight was fairly smooth."
Cons: "Aside from the turbulence, which is no fault to the airline, the only other issue was a smelly bathroom in the back that spread out a few rows. I wasn't sitting back there but I would have liked a freshener if I was in those back rows."

Cons: "My ticket did not have the boarding gate number and information send me to the wrong gate and I missed my flight, I had to wait for another 10 hours for the next flight and I was told that I must pay $120, after long negociation, staff waived the fees but I had to wait for more than 10 hours at airport and missing my flight and everything connected to it."

Pros: "Korean Air hosted us on four separate flights to SE Asia, a trip from which we have just returned. Of all of the airlines that we have used over the decades, Korean Air rates at the very top. We have no complaints, only a sense of what a first-class operation it was for us."
Pros: "Flight Attendants were, professional, charismatic, observant and friendly. They toldly made this trip enjoyable. Pilot, funny, kept us out of turbulence gave me a smooth ride... Korean Air ranks as one of the best flights I have taken in Asia.. thank you!!!"

Pros: "What I always like about Korean Air is the service of the staff from the check in desk to the cabin crew. Even when you fly economy the cabin crew is very attentive."
Cons: "I didn't realize that my flight was not actually Korean Air. It was Korean Air "Powered by American Airlines". So it was actually not really Korean Air. I was a bit disappointed by that."
Cons: "I bought my ticket last minute not realizing that my lay over in Korea was 12 hours I arrived in Korea at 5:30 am, stayed at the airport , slept , walked, ate, sleep patiently waited for my 1930 boarding I finally boarded and was told in their broken English that I am going to be inspected I was thoroughly searched, my pursed was inspected, my body was inspected ,the asked me to open both of my hands and they run a white strips into my palm( I'm a nurse ) and the first thing that entered my mind was they were checking me for drug screen I am very bothered with what happened , Korean airlines makes their passenger have a long lay over and at the end will be thoroughly searched because she stayed in the airport too long How is Korean airlines going to support this insult!!! Anyone tell ne"

Cons: "It appears the flight attendants catered more for Koreans than others. On several occasions they would ask Korean passengers if they wanted coffee, tea or wine. They looked at me and deliberately ignored me. This happened on Flight from Houston to Manila. From Hong Kong to Seoul and especially from Seoul to Houston. I had to ask thrice for a head phone before I got one. I was wide awake."

When we checked in at Calgary- there were only 3 people intially. Then, 2 left and only 1 old man was left. He tried to move through the line, but could not clear us fast enough. About 50 people were stuck and not able to get boarding passes or luggage checked. We missed out flight. The scene was chaotic. Then, those of us who missed the flight were not able to get help as he was now trying to get the next people on the SLC flight through. We were so upset. Poorly run.
Baggage delayed even though both the flights were delayed.

They then told me to cancel my skymiles flight and purchase a new ticket. I was able to check my bag at the gate. Show up 2 hours before to account for their incompetenc"

Cons: "Crew and flight from DCA to JFK was terrible. We left over 30 minutes later with no explanation as to what was taking so long. There was no info given to passengers in regards to what gate or terminal you’re landing and in- was only given 20min to get to gate c Terminal 2 from gate b terminal 4.0"

The pilot even said good bye in person to the customers leaving the plane, I really appreciated it :) The whether conditions in Seattle were very bad (windy, bumpy, rain, and night) and the pilot landed the plane as a pro!
