Cons: "I flown KAL business class a number of times and it’s ok this was first back of the bus experience and it’s awful. I could give ten things I did not like about this flight but I’ll sum it up with one. I brought my own inflatable sleep pillow onboard and after using for about an hour I was woken up and told it was against company regulation to use your own pillow."

Pros: "They have bibimbap which is always a great meal option on a plane. The plane felt clean and new. Flight attendants were very nice and made several rounds of water service. Duty free catalog was immense, esp for Korean skincare. Great chance to shop."

Cons: "It was a late direct flight from Bali to Seoul. The flight was for a 0120 departure, and about 7 hours long. For the flight being a very late departure and both locations being around the same timezone (1 hour difference) I feel as if the lights were left on for too long, over an hour after departure, and then turned on too early, 2 hours prior to landing. Too improve comfort I would suggest to begin service upon takeoff and turning the lights off immediately after, and turning them on an hour before landing to conduct service. Better yet, if possible, conduct service with the lights off and individuals that require additional lighting may use their individual light. I believe, and witnessed in my area, a majority of personnel that just wanted to sleep during these flight hours."

Cons: "Kayak used a sub company to reserve flights. My husband was involved in a collision at sea and was not able to make the flight due to military deployment status. I tried continuously to contact the sub company to request a waiver or hold on the flight. The number provided kept me on a hold . There were no answers to phone calls from information provided on receipt. Emails only stated the fees that would be imposed for any action I conducted. I will never use kayak again."

Numerous intermittent announcements: [The usual preflight safety briefing, the mid-flight seat-belt and arrival eta announcements, the mid-flight turbulence and temperature comments, the customs-forms hand-outs, the duty-free inflight shopping opportunity announcement, the eventual apologetic conclusion of the duty-free, inflight shopping opportunity] together spoiled my calculated chance of finishing a short movie."

They crew will go out of there way to do what they can to ensure you have a comfortable and good experience. I will DEFINITELY fly with them again. Kayak was very user friendly also."

Pros: "The boarding went smoothly considering the number of people on board. It took a while to take off and to land, but that's because the airports are busy. The crew was incredibly well dressed in professional attire. The accommodations were amazing - the flight came with the standard pillow/blanket combo, disposable slippers, headphones, a toothbrush, two meals, a snack, drinks, and the attendants dimmed the lights whenever they weren't serving - all free. The entertainment was amazing - I watched four Hollywood movies that I had been wanting to watch, and that was one section of the movies. There were also TV series and music available, both in English and Korean."

Cons: "Kayak booked the ticket through flight network and when we reached airport the airline staff was not able to find the ticket. The flight was missed in trying to find what went wrong and when called the flight network they told that due to insufficient time between booking and departure time they canceled the reservation. No message was sent for cancelation and it caused a lot of troubles and grief to all involved."

The food was good for food during a flight and there was nothing lacking in the entertainment department either. There is really not much Emerates could do to make the flight more pleasant."
Cons: "The check in experience is the worst I have ever had. One bag was a little heavy so I had to pay the fee which I was happy to do. But, they took me out of line and up to the office, I then had to wait 30 minutes to be helped only to then learn that the credit card machine was not working. So, I had to get cash from an ATM, which charged a fee, and there was no change available so I ended up paying more than the fee actually was. Then, I had to go back through security and stand in line again just to get my boarding pass. I was at the airport 3 hours early and this disorganized system almost caused me to miss my flight. It was just unprofessional all around."
