Boarding too slow. Crew could be more helpful. Flight was good, on time.

Old plane. Delayed but no apology. Not great

When we checked in at Calgary- there were only 3 people intially. Then, 2 left and only 1 old man was left. He tried to move through the line, but could not clear us fast enough. About 50 people were stuck and not able to get boarding passes or luggage checked. We missed out flight. The scene was chaotic. Then, those of us who missed the flight were not able to get help as he was now trying to get the next people on the SLC flight through. We were so upset. Poorly run.

Boarding took a long time. Taking off took a long time. I spent over an hour connecting, disconnecting repeatedly from the Wifi just to watch the last 15 mins of the movie I watched on my first flight. Wasn’t offered ice with my drink. They passed me twice to throw out my garbage. And the guy next to me had his arm in my ribs the whole time.

Baggage delayed even though both the flights were delayed.

Pros: "Smooth flight on new B757 with good entertainment system and Comfort+ seating legroom worth the extra cost but I was disappointed that the overhead storage bins above our seats were filled by pax from other seats before we arrived even though we were given priority boarding and the toilets were filthy."

Pros: "Flew into bad weather event with thunderstorms, lightning and tornadoes. The flight was relatively turbulence free, flt had only one attendant in the cabin however she was able to serve beverages and snacks asks made sure everyone was comfortable. Can't thank Delta enough for the professionalism of their crew, great service and communication, and for getting us home safely. Thank you!"

My bag landed on the belt completely open, clothes and laptop hanging out bag onto belt, bag was damaged, zipper broken with holes in the fabric, bag was soaking wet! No one at airport able to assist with a damaged bag claim. Very disappointed in the Baton Rouge airport and lack of available staff to handle baggage issue."

KLM is never consistent with services. Sometimes you get lucky with great comfort and other times you are forced to squeeze in a box for a seat. The food is always subpar and they have become so unfriendly when you need help. But hey, they are always on time and they have good connections.

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. After a delay and many gate changes, flight was canceled. Flight was rescheduled for the next day but we had commitments for the following day and could not stay overnight. Also, we were flying first class and were rescheduled in economy. We had to rent a car and drive 5 hours to San Antonio. Not happy.

Horrible ground staff. Flight delays. Multiple security checkpoints which were utterly pointless. Everyone seemed frustrated and no one seemed to want to help. Half the plane came empty because a lot of people couldn’t make their connecting flight. Thanks to ground crew.

Super unhelpful and rude. Then our flight was delayed two hours which caused us to miss the train we needed out of the airport to West Jesmond. Either they don't understand the language or the procedures. There should be people walking around to answer questions on boarding procedures or better announcements in several languages. the Asians were extremely confused as were the Germans we encountered. They never announced for people with disabilities to get ahead of others. It was a big "casino" as the Italians say when everyone charges the boarding area. People could be put in groups according to where their seating is, making it easier for all."

ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"
