Cons: "The charging for checked luggage has created a situation that was unfair for all travellers and ultimately made the plane’s departure late. This policy drives people to bring too much luggage into the cabin, putting at risk the safety of others and delays."

NYC to Seattle, a long flight tho not even read my magazines."

Cons: "Screaming child on plane for 30 minutes have me a headache- perhaps flight attendants could offer something like coloring books or stickers to help in the future. When I got too baggage claim the baggage claim not listed. Ticket agents declined to help, so I was walking all over try g to find which claim area to go to which was frustrating."

Cons: "Flight delays cause cascade of irritable passengers. Flight out of Phoenix delayed due to late departure from previous location. We were told mechanical reasons was the cause of the delay. This caused many passengers to miss their connecting flight in Atlanta. When we arrived after midnight, one gate person was attempting to help 50 people with morning connecting flights and room accommodations. The airline knew 3 hours prior that they would have tired, hungry, frustrated passengers. To then have to wait more than an hour in a line to get a bed and or a meal was too much for most people. There were other smaller examples of how Delta's staff or procedures were not customer centric. I will avoid Delta for travel in the future, and I am getting out of their stock."

Cons: "I can appreciate the stress on everybody's mind but this was the worst time i had flying. Short story, 10am thursday-7pm friday. Less short story, 4 airlines, 3 security screenings and 2 customs stop points.7 delays, 2 cancels and 1 miss. It was a ping pong nightmare and 2 times it was suggested i take a bus...after i spent the money on a plane ticket with no offer of compensation, food vouchers or hotel accommodation. Delta has to convince me to come back to them."

Pros: "Manchester Airport first class. More services and convenient than JFK and Atlanta. Check in and gate staff great in Manchester. I"
Cons: "Plane change JFK. Staff with TSA looked like they slept in their uniforms. Information incorrect on wifi customs and caused delays. Customs agents first class."
