They don’t really offer a return flight to Manila but they still offer them to passengers. That is a straight up lie and causes inconvenience. Honesty is important, but seems like this airline doesn’t know what that is. The make people buy their flights, then change it right when you get to your destination. For tourists/visitors like us who have their days planned, they ruin everything for us. And what? All they offer is a shuttle to Manila from Clark. And I heard this is not the 1st time they did it, apparently they’ve been fooling and lying to passengers since who knows when. I guess we’re lucky they didn’t change our travel date to Manila, they just changed our airport. And it’s not like a 30mins drive from Clark to Manila. What a shame. NEVER AGAIN. I enjoyed the flight. It was comfortable and not too long flying back to Manila. Crew were friendly and helpful.
My return was overbooked and they asked passsengers to give up their seats with compensation. As I returned from ElNido, I was disappointed that they offloaded luggage without discretion. Our bags was returned on the next flight. This policy is unacceptable.

Terrible. Not to be trusted. I missed a flight from Manila due to 3+ hours in traffic to the airport. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I booked a new flight. The cost was steep. And on my credit card online account, Cebu Pacific charged me for two tickets, yet I'm traveling alone, one person. They are impossible to reach and pathetic customer service. My credit card company is looking into it. NEVER, NEVER fly Cebu Pacific. They will rip you off. They don't care, they don't have to. Fly another airline in the Philippines.
Most passengers going to Dumaguete early are tourists who are some booked thier ferry online. Mine was wasted because of delays cause by waiting on runway before taking off and too long before they let us go down...I could still make it in time if they let us go down early. We are just there waiting to go down the plane for 10-15mins.
We were allowed to board early, seats were spacious and we arrived early.
The seats were dirty. Food on tray table. Late on my first flight and almost an hour early on the return. My driver was unable to adjust and I had to pay for different ground transportation.
I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.
No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

It arrived 18 minutes early. Attendant are good. For baording , they should improve especially carrying thru bus.

froze to death on flight 3rd world at Cebu airport.
supposed the boarding time is 7:00pm and its already 7:15 yet noone is announcing or haven't received email that the flight is delayed. noone cares actually the plane haven't arrived yet, I asked the crew instead of them telling the passengers
My flight got canceled and I nearly missed my connecting flight to el nido because of this . So I had to get up at 4am to catch a ferry to cebu and travel 7 hours to the airport I am not happy at all
