Window seats had very tight leg room compared to other seats. Flight was 30 minutes late. Baggage was not distributed for more than 30 minutes

It’s a wonderful short flight. I love that they do bring you a snack. I only have a lesser mark for entertainment as there is no entertainment on those small flights. But it isn’t needed in my opinion. I love that the flight attendants are so meticulously taken care of. They are soft spoken and kind. The flight is smooth. The snack is perfect. And then we land nicely!

Excellent staff and experience on Olympic air coming from Athens to Skiathos. Great landing too!

Delayed flight and missed our second flight. Had to take another ticket. We will never book again.

The flight was delayed for 55 min, and we missed out transit flight. No one told us or updated about the delay, we just stud in the airport and waited. we also asked for help talking to the ground crew regarding our transit flight, but no one cared. poor service!!!

Arriving to destination without a near 2 hour delay would have been a nice touch

I liked bumping up to Business for less than full price. Also the option to choose your own meal online. In retrospect I would have gone with the standard meal option, but c'st la vie. Overall pretty standard flight, got good views of Greece as the sun rose. That's about it.

It was a short flight (2hours) so the tiny, tiny seats were somewhat tolerable. People with long legs had their knees up to the chair in front of them, quite uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised they served a small meal which was quite good. Staff were all great.

Boarding in BCN was really poorly managed. No communication from airline staff and no signs as to what groups line up where. It was just guessing. There were delays that were also not communicated so everybody was standing in line for almost an hour.

they were good. they coordinated pick up of luaggage at final destination. The had text updates on phone with gate/dep.time etc.

The flight was good. There was free WiFi which was fantastic. The crew was a bit rude and short tempered. The landing was super smooth

Flight was late leaving which made connecting in Athen very hard. Baggage took an hour to come out. Come on… for such a small plane. Need to step up your game Aegean!

The flight was delayed for no reason by 30 min making my connection very hard to get.

Flight had delays as always. It has been very disappointing as the last 4 times I’ve travelled with Aegean we always had delays.

Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

The flight went well, but boarding via a shirtless bus was unpleasant

My flight was supposed to leave at 8:35 and arrive at 9:35. The plane took off at 9:20 and we arrived after 10am. Horrible experience and zero organisation.

Relatively good for a LCC, free water and a biscuit, free standard seat selection at check-in. Just be wary of legroom if you're tall, and the boarding process was very disorganised with no announcements and no queue management.

Do not check bags with Sky Express! We were flying from the Milos airport to Athens. Sky Express lost our checked bags. We were on our way to a wedding in Athens.. In fact, more than half of the flight’s passengers had their bags lost / left at the terminal. This was not a large plane (~50 people), so having left that many bags at a very very small airport where there was only one other flight (from another carrier) scheduled that day, is a ridiculously large oversight. Our bags were sent on a meandering ferry to Athens the following day, to arrive at our hotel 3 days later, but it was too late to be helpful. We had to buy outfits and toiletries, etc when we arrived for the event. We are filing a claim with Sky Express for partial reimbursement.

Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.

These were tickets purchased with a stolen credit card number.

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.

Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.

Excellent and way much better than the last two flights I made with Swiss and with BA. It is amazing how much difference a well trained and polite team can make. Hats off Volotea !

A technical delay caused us to miss our connecting flight which resulted in an additional nights stay which cost us $225 as well as $800 to get on another flight. Absolute BS. I’ll never fly them again

How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.

Delayed delayed delayed and then cancelled very late not allowing for too much time to find a room for the night

Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.

Great flight and crew but let down yet again by the disaster that is Birmingham Airport

1. Too long on board without air conditioning. 2. Very very long-tiring walk to exit gate.

Flight was good but delayed (45 minutes) which made other connections difficult.
