Cons: "Every staff person we had contact with made us feel as though we were not a priority in any way. We were constantly given misinformation. Our flight was two hours out when it was returned to our departure city due to a passenger health issue. It was not properly explained to us and we were in no way compensated for the inconvenience. Once back at our departure city (Miami) we sat there for an hour or more. They chose to feed us during that delay. Due to this we missed our connecting flight in Istanbul to Rome. This also caused us to miss our transportation from Rome to Compania, Italy. We were told by airline staff on the plane that we would be put up in a hotel over night. When we arrived at the terminal we had no idea where we should go or who we should see. Every representative we spoke to told us to go somewhere else. Truth is it felt like no one we spoke to knew what to tell us or really cared at all. One representative told us we were not entitled to overnight accommodations. We insisted we were told we were and it literally took hours on the ground to straighten the problem out and get to a hotel. By then it was so late that we only got a couple hours of sleep and had to be back at the airport for our next flight. The second flight from Istanbul to Naples, Italy was better. I do not think I would use this airline again. My entire party got an overall sense that people were untrained and lacking in any form of customer service. Not the flight attendants but all the people we had to deal with on the ground. My age plus health issues and walking problems made everything more difficult. We were sent al over the massive airlines terminal with all our carry on luggage only to find when we got to where we were going we had been sent to the wrong place. On top of all this each of us had to pay a VISA fee to get out of the terminal and to the hotel. Just a total nightmare. Prior to taking this flight I contacted Turkish Airlines and spoke to a customer service person and explained that I needed to take with me a small portable oxygen concentrator that I would need to use while in Italy. I needed to know the procedure for bringing that equipment on the airline. I was told that although he could not answer that question He would pass it on to his supervisors and I would receive an answer via email prior to my flight. I never received a response and as a result did not have my needed oxygen while abroad."

Outside you have to spend sometime at the multiple lines, buy visa, get the voucher, take the shuttle bus... By the time you done with that, it’s time to come back. Didn’t expect that for the business class ticket holders."

Pros: "We had a connecting flight in Instanbul, Turkey, and a representative met us at our arrival gate from Rome and walked us through security and to our connecting flight to LAX. I thought that was great because we would've been completely lost if we had to do it on our own. Security check in was thorough. We had to go through security screening AGAIN (already did it in Rome and had to throw away our waters purchased in the airport), and two different lines for passport check. My husband had to go through a third security line because he had a carry-on. Boarding was well organized with passengers lining up by their boarding letter - no crowding - and people sitting at the back of the plane boarded first (after 1st class). The flight itself was great. The food was delicious. The orange juice tasted freshly squeezed. They gave us a water bottle, lots of current and blockbuster movies to choose from. They provided pillows, blankets, and earphones at no extra charge. Would definitely fly again."

Most passengers seemed to have multiple bags to check. Since this is a regular flight it was hard to understand why check in staff wandered in late when time was already tight - let alone having a system failure as well to deal with. We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."

I first told her that I requested assistance getting to the gate and asked if it would be by a wheelchair or a cart. She didn't answer the question, and repeated the same question. Since I had one carry-on size bag, I asked if I need to check it in, or if I can bring it with me when they help me get to the gate. To which she replied in a very irritated tone, "I'm asking you if you need to check it in! Can you bring the bag on-board and put it away in the overhead bin YOURSELF WITHOUT ANY HELP?", hinting that no one will provide any help... At this point, I went ahead and checked in my bag. Thank God the wheelchair service is provided by a separate vendor, because he was wonderful and helpful. While we waited to board, the flight was delayed a few times. I could not hear the announcement from where I was sitting, but I noticed people started to make a line by the central info counter. 4:42pm, I received the cancellation notice via email. Because of my injury, I was unable to wait in line for long, so I chose to sit and wait next to the counter, until the line got shorter. 1 hour later, the line was growing even longer. 6pm, I re-booked a new flight for the next day via iPhone app, however, it was still showing the old boarding pass that I was automatically re-booked for. I still had to talk to someone from United to confirm, also to ask for wheelchair to get back to the main building, so I continued to wait. At one point, one of the United employees moved to the side counter to make a call re: another flight that arrived. I went and stood right in front of her and said "Excuse me, I have a quick question about wheelchair service". She looked at me right in my eyes, but she started talking to the other person on the phone. After she hung up, she ignored me and went back to the center counter, leaving me confused as to what just happened... At this point, I did not even want to make another attempt to ask for help. 7:20pm, the line went down to 3 people; a gentleman with a bad knee, another gentleman with a bad leg and myself on crutches... Am I the only one to think there is something wrong with this picture? 7:40pm, I was finally on the way back to the main building with a wheelchair service, which by the way is run by a group of amazing people. I am not complaining about the delays and cancellations. I understand it happens. I am not expecting that someone like me with temporary disability automatically receives first place in line. I do, however, wish United was more aware of some people who are in need of assistance, while being fair to other passengers. I cannot imagine how difficult it is for people with disabilities to travel with United Airlines."

But the last communication I got from them (via United Airlines) said that our flight was leaving at noon on Sunday. Without notifying me, they moved our flight up to 10:15, so we missed it. We were able to get on the same flights the next day."

I had to wake up the customer sitting next to me so i can walk to the back galley where i found 4 cabin crew members sitting down and chit chatting about their personal lives completely ignoring the chime/sound and light above my seat when i pressed the F/A call button. When i asked for water, one of the cabin crew members pointed towards a bottle of bottle and told me to serve myself as if im a non-paying customer. I paid for my ticket, why should i do their job. In a nutshell, the customer service sucks, for least money i could have taken another airline with better service."

The staffs don't speak good English and their attitude are very passive. What is more? They don't even apologize. I had to stay at the hotel they offered for one more day and delayed my work."
Cons: "We were denied boarding passes when we arrived *before* the boarding desk closed according to the Air Maroc website (45-50 minutes before take-off) but *after* the local employees like to close the desk (60 minutes). None of the employees denied what was on the website, or that we were there 56 minutes before the flight took off. They nevertheless would not let us check in, and our vacation was ruined. We had to buy last-minute flights to avoid missing our trans-atlantic return home. We received zero compensation, nor any acknowledgement that they had wronged us, but the next day the changed the website! Filing a dispute, but I assume it will be ignored."

In addition, the night before my departure they emailed me stating that my flight had been canceled. When i called costumer service, they stated that they had no idea what I was talking about. The company is disorganized. The plane was full to capacity and as a result my whole party (5) was not stead together nor were there any attempt to fix that for us even when we asked several employes. Overall, i would not fly or recommend Royal AirMaroc"
