As usual, terrible. Delayed flight, missed connection and wasted hours at the airport. The only reason I use this airline is because of limited options.

As usual, terrible. Delayed flight, missed connection and wasted hours at the airport. The only reason I use this airline is because of limited options.

All was good except for the seats, not very comfy.

Very nice. Cabin crew is very attentive and professional. So nice!

Not allowing food choice through app. Very hard to find,

Poor air traffic controller staffing led to a 50%reduction on flights so we got to wait 4 hrs for our flight! Very disorganized at the gate Poor communication with customers

It was delayed by almost 90 minutes and that messed up our plans but it was beyond UA’s control that is what we heard

No pillow, blanket, or complimentary food provided on 5 hour flight

It was what it was. The crew were very supportive of my wife's inability to sit for long (without severe pain). I say the food was excellent because we bought sushi at Bento, pre flite. We did not complete the final leg (YVR to YYJ) as we were able to catch the last ferry to Swartz Bay. Thanks to Air Canada ( crew and network ) for the connections to/from SJO.

Flight and flight crew were great. Better than most US airlines. Check-in was awful. They repeatedly wouldn't assign seats on the Air Canada flight or print boarding passes for all legs. This was really frustrating. Checked in the day before each direction but they put us on Standby while they juggled seats to upgrade others. This made it really difficult to get seats next to each other which is important when you have 10+ hour flights. Then they would only print boarding passes for their leg even though everything was booked through them. This made Customs in Canada difficult as they required boarding passes for the next flight each way to get through security. Couldn't get them on the phone and slowed everything down and security had to make exceptions for me to print boarding passes as security.

Not much....we did not get the complimentary beverages promised in our ticket. My partner and I did not have the window seats promised. We didnt get to sit together.....

Small plane, only two bathrooms, no screen for videos. Not wide enough seats

This is one of the best flights i had. Good boarding, good seats , good food, and nuce stuff and clean toilets I took the Tourist upgrade and indianischer food , the best.

I like the service and the efficiency. I am lactose intolerant and the lactose intolerant meal in business class was not astounding. Also, the business class fully reclining seats are not that comfortable.

Very helpful crew, including airport people, getting us in wheelchairs and working so hard to get us where we need on time!

Smooth Flight, Friendly crew, food offering on board was limited.

Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.

Food was great but they didn't clear my meal tray for 3 hours. You'd think they could check though the cabin now and then.

Upon arriving at IAH, it was informed that the luggage had not arrived. Still waiting to hear back when it will be delivered.

I wasn’t allowed to board with my children. I was charged outrageous costs for basic carry on size luggage. The entertainment screens were outdated and not user friendly.

I was very happy with everything, thank you for the smooth flight ✈️

Too much long line at the TSA and Security. Prepare for long walk for baggage claim.

Was late but that airport/storm fault. Flight was full but comfortable. Food quite nice. Unfortunate that I had a rather miserable attendant, others were much friendlier

I love travelling with British airways because everything is supper goog

I like Cityflyer as a semi-stand alone part of BA but I dislike mainstream BA thoroughly. A budget airline with budget service but with normal flag carrier prices.

Flight delay and can’t much help passenger do the change connecting flight.

My problem was with the onward connection between London Heathrow and Washington IAD. The flight was several times changed.

One if not the best Airline I have traveled so far. My only complaint is that flights where delayed.

Our headphone plug in was broken, especially we are with 5 years old who like to watch a movie

Pleasant, attentive and efficient flight attendants. Boarding process and seat selection easy. No internet on transatlantic flight. Extremely uncomfortable, rigid seat.

Attentive, efficient and pleasant flight crew. Easy to obtain seat selections and exit row. The only issue but one that affected the entire flight was a very uncomfortable seat. Seat design permitted no movement and was very hard and raised toward front of seat.
