Pros: Amazing service, comfortable and clean air craft

Pros: It was a two and a half hour flight and even in economy they served a full lunch with drinks included and tea and coffee service after. And they were so efficient!

Cons: No complaints at all, it was a great flight experience.

Cons: Taipei airport is too cold. Had to stay overnight on a layover. Ruined the experience.

Pros: Easy boarding procedure.

Cons: Seat was broken. The seat's back kept returning forward. Not a lot of water and snack we're given for flight this long.

Pros: The crew is not so amazing and the food is not so good.They only serve pork and sea food..i don't eat those food for my religion and i asked for another food anything as long as i had something for im starving, for they never had another food to give? You mean i cannot have food while boarding the plane? Im starving and they don't gibe us any food to eat even if i asked them if theres anything . And that is a total not agreeable we are 3 people riding the plane myself and my kids and we did not have anything to eat. The crew is rude when I asked something instead of looking for another food is theres any. I paid for my flight including the food and i was not able to eat.

Cons: Crew serving food should be nice and make sure that all passengers have food to eat especially if one, two or three or more doesn't eat pork and shrimp..if only i could i could transfer plane at that moment i will do it. Hope they will not feel the way i feel i was starving the whole flight..

Pros: I was unable to board the flight so there is nothing to talk about.

Cons: Provide options for accommodation, refund or alternate flights after announcing a 24-hour delay. I had to repurchase my flight from HKG to SFO after finding out that a return ticket is treated as abandoned if one does not fly one way. Not the level of service expected from an international airline.

Pros: Can i request for a food that us not pork? I don't eat pork nor shrimp, i will be traveling on the 5th of January again and i don't want that we will be starving again for the second time since last time we never eat for they don't have anything substitute for pork. Hope they will serve some chicken or beef for not everyone will eat pork and to starve while on the plane is not acceptable for we paid for it. Thanks

Pros: Crew was fantastic.

Pros: The crew was very friendly & movie choices were excellent

Cons: Neither my USB or electrical plug worked (this happened on my flight out as well), the loud music was terrible and played too long interrupting movie, headrests were literally so hard they were painful. I had a headache afterwards for hours.

Pros: Comfortable premium economy seat. Nice crew.

Cons: Vegetarian meals were repetitive and pretty boring and devoid of any source of protein.

Cons: Have more flights!

Pros: The diabetic meals

Cons: Headphones and more snacks.
