Cons: "The boarding process is ridiculous, rush everyone to a bus and just to sit on a plane for an hour?! That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen experienced during a flight. What were the flight attendants doing?? Nothing. Didn’t offer any water or a misery of a snack while we waited. The pilot didn’t tell us anything, like where we were in line for departure, or what the hold up was. Very poor flight experience. I will avoid Mexico City airports and Aeromexico for a while...please contact me for more details. Thank you."
Pros: "This is what an airline should be like in the US - 1 bag checked without fees, food - snacks and light meal (even on short flights), LEG ROOM, reasonable airfares. Thankfully I live near a Canadian airport. Greedy US airlines with its no-service-unless-you-pay could take a lesson."

Now we are having to pay for a second hotel and second flight from BOGOTA to Barranquilla. There are a lot of very angry and disappointed travelers today. Cons: "Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."
Cons: "Lost luggage. The Aeromexico Rep at the departures desk was mildly helpful. She told me the person I need to speak to was busy and that I should go downstairs and wait by McDonald's. She said i should sit, because it could take a long time. She didn't ask my name nor tell me who I should be waiting for. Just to wait. I had to ask for the persons name I should be waiting for and if she would be wearing a AM suit. I asked if there was a desk where she would be, and with an attitude the Rep, said "I already told, you just go wait by McDonald's". After waiting for an hour and asking every woman that walked by if they were Stephanie, I finally found her. She was walking by, clearly not looking for me. I had to follow her and stop her. If not she would have walked right by. Once we spoke, she was very helpful."

My app had a timer and I was not late even though my connecting flight was on the runway for a prolong time and made the 1 hour layover shorten. So instead of being treated with courtesy; I get a rude man, tell me “ you are late and too bad, if you want to complain that’s fine, I got the time to laugh and not care.” My goodness I was in such disbelief by such comments. I got his name and he laughed again, the disrespect. I got no help from other management staff. I fly frequently and never have I been treated with such disrespect. Grant it I had 1st class tickets and payed extra, in a society in which commerce is everything losing business should be of great concern in employee training. I hope Aeromexico HR reaches out and I give them a detail description of my experience with names for a plan of correction."
Cons: "I’m a Titanium in Aeromexico ‘s Premier Program. I was on the waiting list and when I boarded the plane, there was an empty seat, I told the ground crew and they didn’t do anything."
Cons: "Hi, not sure if this item is in Kayak's control or not but something I found as an opportunity is the consistency about displaying the flight Confirmation number. I bought two tickets recently and in one of them the 6-letter confirmation number is displayed right on the first screen when using the app, easy to find and access. However in the second ticker, I got the airline ticket number (a series of numerical digits) that honestly are not helpful when checking in at the airline kiosks. Thanks, something to think about."

I tried to contact kayak and they was not able to fixed so I lost my flight, have to pay for another ticket flight the next day, and the lady in kayak told me that I’m not gonna be able to have my money back. Worst service ever, it’s 2018, why suffer with this issues, never use kayak again"

The late evening flight was almost empty, so I felt ripped off. In 30 years of airline travel I've always felt that the airline tried to work with me in re-booking. In this case I felt that Aeromexico took advantage of me. I will avoid using Aeromexico when possible because of this incident."

The biggest problems don’t show up in the numerical rating above, but there were: — problems with web checkin (it didn’t work until ~15 hours before the flight), — problems at baggage check (non working printer = nonmoving line), — the flight was delayed and the gate was changed at the time of boarding (which we learned because we received an email from Kayak(!) as we were standing at the gate, NOT AeroMexico, who delayed in changing the sign & then didn’t make an audible gate-change announcement), — possibly because of the gate-change and a late-arriving flight, our bags were not put on the flight with us. — I am particularly irked because we had to pay extra in order to be able to sit with our young children, and were supposed to get priority boarding along with that, but instead ended up in the last boarding group (thank goodness we were still able to fit our one carryon suitcase)."

Waited 20 min only to hear a bunch of lies about how they asked the flight attendant to look but she couldn’t find it - should have just walked back on plane to do it myself. Was told to “go online” and file a lost and found report. This is a small airport - TRI cities TN - absolutely zero customer focus by and American Airline employee - and I asked to sp all with a supervisor and manager with the hope I would get my phone back. Worst service and zero caring attitude I’ve dealt with - and I fly a lot. It will be Delta from here on out. I went on line and filed a complaint and lost and found report - am betting a large amount of money I hear nothing other than an automated reply."

Cons: "A mechanic issue with a fan in the cargo hold kept us from boarding for 40 minutes. Once we boarded and got out onto the tarmack they discovered an issue with the GPS. We sat for 2 hours before going back to the gate. Maintenance came on and fixed it. Then we took off.. 3 hours late"
Pros: "Crew was friendly, helpful and very competent. Flight arrived early. Regular notification/reminder via SMS on flight status. Comfortable seats, generous seat pitch."
Cons: "For a three-hour international flight, and at that ticket price, substantial snacks should be complimentary. In Asia, flights of three hours or more on legacy carriers have proper inflight food. Low cost carriers sell food; but UA is not LCC."

It would be revolutionary if one airline valued their guests and showed it! Instead of cattle they manage and transport"

Cons: "Purchased tickets 4 months before this flight for a departure time of 6:05pm. Tried to check in and check baggage at 9:30am but was turned away saying I could only check in 3 hrs prior to my flight. Came back at 3:00pm to check-in and they could not find my information. An hour later they find out that they cancelled the flight and moved my departure time to 8:25am for that day. They say they emailed 3 times in May but I never got it (I'm a bit crazy about my email staying clean) so they say it might have went in to my spam folder due to they types of emails they send to customers. They only kept repeating that they notified me so there is nothing they could do. I ended up going to Air Canada to get a flight to PHX the next day. No apology, no help, no hotel for the night...Terrible experience by United. They gave me a customer relations group contact information to follow up with for complaint but since they sent me the 3 emails in May about the change, they have no liability to fix the situation."

Pros: "The plane was clean, left on time and arrived early. Expecting that there were too many carry on bags, they offered to check some bags at the gate for no additional cost."
Cons: "The snacks were a waste of time. The charge for the entertainment system is based on the published flying time but since those are overstated to improve on time performance, the entertainment charge was excessive."
Cons: "I was in the very back seat, and the lady in front of me had her seat leaned back the entire time. I had no room, and was extremely uncomfortable"

Pros: "There was a medical emergency on board and the crew, especially the African American stewardess is to be commended for her (their) responsiveness. The flight was pleasant, however I could not give an excellent rating. To give an excellent rating would meant his flight or airline stood out above all others."
