Pros: Nothing. It was a horrible experience.

Cons: They could have checked in our bags but didn't. They could have been more courteous. They could have checked us in through to our final destination (Seattle) but didn't. I will never fly China Eastern again.

Cons: The plane stopped at an airport between Shanghai and Kunming, which was not shown in iteneray. I got off at this airport thinking I arrived in Kunming. . I was told that I have to check in again at Kunming. When I tried to check in again, there was only one person in the entire airport checking in passengers and she spoke no English. We finally figured out what had happened and barely made it back to the plane before it departed for Kunming.

Pros: The price was cheap... That was all that was good with the flight. But after that experience, I will never fly with the airline again.

Cons: They wouldn’t let us in the plane due to passport expiring within 6 months of travel. That should have been something you should have put out there during the booking process. We’re now not going on vacation and are having a hard time getting anything back from a trip we couldn’t take

Cons: The pineapple went bad...and it was just served. Also a tiny pastry, it had a flavor that the nuts had been sitting for a while.

Cons: Lavatories on domestic flights in Japan are tiny. Like, super duper tiny.

Pros: Bad handling and organization by JAL ground management. There was no support at the gate or clear leadership or direction of what needed to happen or what was to be done for the passengers They dumped everything in the Malaysian ground agents to handle without clear direction. Very poor service and no accountability

Cons: Flight delays are always disappointing.

Cons: Business class seats not very long if you are tall. Western meal option is not really very western. Crew is a little too efficient- got woken up 90 minutes before landing to clear the mattresses. Lots of announcements- a bit too much. On time, and quick to respond to requests. Sake was good as was the ramen.

Pros: This was my first time flying with China Eastern and I was very impressed. The plane was clean and comfortable. The crew was nice and it was overall a great experience. I would fly them again and recommend them to others.

Pros: The boarding was great! The flight was very comfortable. We had enough blankets and slept through the flight. I have an allergy to soy and the crew was nice enough to provide an alternative that was not on the menu.

Cons: More food options for those with soy allergy.

Since you are in the travel business I would have thought that they would know that citizens of the USA do not need a visa to go to Thailand! The email your partner company sent me was strongly adamant that I needed a visa before being allowed to travel! I knew better that this was a scare tactic to make money! But many people probably wouldn’t know. I’m surprised that Kayak would be apart of something like this! Hmmm!
