Very strict carry on rules meant most of the plane had to gate check their luggage. As is often the case had things that were broken because of this, but I appreciated not being charged to gate check. Otherwise good flight and great crew once on the plane
Simply as follows:- First, there was no vegetarian option for the meal Second, only 2 washrooms for the entire economy class.
I liked the meatloaf the chicken was awful but the plane was on time and got there and the staff was nice.
As always, Copa Airlines is great to fly on. The flights are always on time, the staff are pleasant and helpful and it's always a wonderful flying experience.
Cops Airlines is fantastic! The level of care and professionalism provided by the entire crew was top rate.
the food served was an embarrassment. No connection for charging the cellphone... What a crappy airline.

I selected first class expecting excetional service. It was mediocre at best. The food service was cold, meal choices was poor and on one leg they did provide dessert. I did enjoy the lay day seat but the movies were old and nothing current. Boarding the plane is always hot. So boarding is quite warm until your in the air. I took a small personal air fan. Update the meals and movies.

Good. But not to serve tea/coffee during a 8-hour plus flight is bad.
I paid extra to have a seat with more leg room next to a door. Turns out that is next to the bathroom. Customers disrespected my space the entire trip by stepping on my feet and tripping over me. You need to do a better job defining the space! Others had leg room under the seat in front of them and then used my space as a lounge and waiting area. Never again!
Plane left an hour late, I missed my connection and my bow case was never even loaded on the plane in VA. I deal with this type of nonsense everytime I fly air canada.

Fare was great, seat comfort the opposite as cushion was worn out. Ok for 2 hour flight, not for 4.5 hour flight..
We went for a family funeral. Unfortunately Air Canada will not give a bereavement discount for flights that have already occurred. We couldn't get the death certificate before our flights.
The crew was highly professional and caring, I was flying business class. I will fly with them any time.
The crew members were great. The flight was awesome. But I had trouble getting to any of the movies. I tried over and over. The free wifi though is a bonus which I appreciated. Re comfort I am not telling you anything you don’t know. There is nothing comfortable about air travel any longer. As someone with a back issue I am usually squirming about two hours into any flight. But safety matters most of all to me and I do feel safe with air Canada.
For the price, it was a really good experience. There was no entertainment on board, so I couldn't really rate this, and I didn't order a meal. I appreciated that there was a free glass of wine.
Would like whole can of pop for 2. Treats were not great . The garlic pretzels were terrible for someone who can't eat garlic. Passenger was 84.
