The crew and flight was amazing. I haven't flown United in years but plan to switch to you being my main airline

Short flying. The seats do not recline at all and very uncomfortable.

Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.

Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.

Everything was very good. Was able to change a make run flight leaving on direct earlier in the app -seamless!!! Well done

Haven’t used United in a while. Was surprised with the free blanket and earphones. Service was great. Huge plane. 9/.row.

Delayed by 2.5hrs any longer and they would’ve had to honour their own policy for breaking their own rules and regs. Not cool, especially when I have an infant child that needs to stay on a routine and they get schedules.

They changed my flight 5 hours before it took off and changed my connecting airport messing up my entire 1st day in Japan.

Being stick waiting for gate at ORD cause me to almost miss my connecting flight…being deaf United made no no effort to keep me updated as I couldn’t hear the PA

No access to the Wi-Fi, noisy group of people made it difficult for me to hear through my earbuds. Snacks and drinks - limited service when your seat is at the back of the plane - people up front are always served first and the back gets whatever is left. Not pleased.

AA is fabulous. However , Iberia cancelled our Boston - Barcelona flight the morning of the flight - 9/16/24. This was almost a week ago and we have still heard nothing from Iberia/Vueling. Found out from a kayak email that morning that the flight was cancelled. Iberia Customer service reps wouldn’t help us and said to call Vueling. No one answers phone at Vueling. Terrible wild goose chase on DAY OF TRAVEL. AA came to our rescue.

It was late, then the bathroom was inoperable plus it was very hot as well. Plane was very old

I was bumped to first class so I got some food. It was OK. Entertainment is whatever you bring with you since there are no seatback screens.

Another American flight delay. Gate staff was gratuitously abusive of anyone expressing frustration. This will be my last American Airlines flight

Horrible. 4 hrs delayed with no explanation for the multiple push outs of time. Wi-Fi didn’t work properly and air vent above seat was partially clogged. Bathroom sink did not work. Anything else you want to know?

Delayed 6 times. Eventually rebooked and missed a whole day of my vacation. Hot mess

This is a new route from Philadelphia to Naples. It was sold out. The team on board was excellent. I’ve flown this route twice this year and the flight has been excellent. I hope American keeps the route.

It was a good flight - not overbooked and in time.

Horrible airline! They always got something messed up with their planes. 3 hour delayed made us missed both out flights. Had to wake up early in the morning next morning to get another flight!

The personal at boarding are rude and try to steel people with their rule of personal item , really bad experience for us

Both flights were delayed. The sizing of bags is crazy. I know it is advertised as a no frills cheaper option but it does feel like you are being extorted for money the whole way-- $20 dollars to talk to a gate agent? Charging for soda a pretzels? I don't think I will be flying Frontier again if I can help it. That said, all the staff were wonderful.

Staff members pretty horrible when boarding. No care for customers

The trip was good but the last minute changes I didn’t like because I had already talked to the attendee and they didn’t help me with my ticket I was having trouble checking in and when the time was up they help me but charge me for that and last minute luggage it was a small bag. After I was in the airplane I realized you were charging because the flight was almost empty and you have to get the money some how. Thanks for everything.

I was shocked that there is no Wi-Fi, my flight was changed and delayed multiple times. In fact, I’m still not home…

I did not like that people are purposely split ip who book at the same time because we didn’t buy seats. No other airline does that.

Frontier is definitely a good option for people traveling light or on a budget - just remember to bring your own entertainment and your own headphones if you need them.

The seats were dirty with crumbs and trash , looked it had not been cleaned up from a previous flight

Nothing about the flight was good. The crew was rude and unwilling to assist would never recommend this airline to anyone and for sure will not fly it again
