Find cheap flights from Burlington to Minneapolis

I am upset with the hidden fees for bringing on an overhead carryon onto flight and also having to pay for my seat selection. This should all be part of the original price of the ticket. Very poor customer service

We were on a fairly long flight and they offered nothing for a snack (unless you paid) and then quickly gave you a drink and were never to be seen again. I would have loved a refill on my water but that was not an option. The flight attendants were standing on ther phone when we boarded and left and never even greeted us. Any other flight I have been on they would have welcomed us on the plane and again greeted us as we got off. Our landline transfer from MSP to Rochester on the other hand was FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend!

Took forever to get the plane loaded and unloaded. Longest I have ever had. I was in the middle of the plane and it almost took a hour after landing to get off of the plane.

Our flight was delayed and there was no communication at the airport.

Very hard to get comfortable in seat since they are too crowded. One of our suitcases was destroyed on the flight and is unusable now. No one at ticket counter when we arrived and no indication on when they would be in service. When we finally got into the airport past the TSA, all restaurants were closed.

The plane boarded on time (at a gate next to Delta which was 2 hours late). No compatible headphones for me to purchase.

Crew was courteous. Flight was late arriving which made us late. Very cramped seating.

Flight attendants could have been more engaged in the passengers. They were more interested in talking to each other

The flight was fine and as expected. It was the waiting for over 45 minutes to retrieve the luggage that disappointed us.
