Customs officials are incredibly un-helpful and slow. I almost missed the next flight because of how slow was that part. I hope Delta can speak up for the passengers, because we cannot express that to these rude people.

Flight was fine.
My one complaint is the bathroom layout of the A320. Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom.
The plane was 30+ minutes late arriving at the gate to load. The lavatory at the rear of the plane was out of order. Otherwise the flight was smooth and the attendants excellent.
The entertainment device failed to work. . Screen crashed .
Up to expectation; on time, smooth check in with kiosk, efficient and courteous TSA security line, clear navigational sign, bookstore, clean windows, clean seat, and clean air.

Every single employee I interacted with was awesome.
Over 5 hours in delay due to a maintenance issue. Problem wasn't discovered overnight when it was parked. Wasn't discovered until the next day. Had to wait for the delivery of a specific part and install it. I'm all for planes not breaking upon reentry, but the fact that the two flights were both subsequently delayed 4-5 hours each instead of bringing in a sub plane was inconsiderate. Now I've got a long drive home and I'll only get an hour of sleep before a 14-hour work day. So thanks for that, JetBlue
Overhead reading lights didn’t work, my partners tv didn’t work, the movie I had was only in Spanish and the overhead bins were too small and had to gate check my bag Sloppy plane maintenance by JetBlue Not worth the extra money to sit in extra leg room seats over$120 for two of us
Love the free movies and individual screen, and the new seats are more comfortable

I never got to Cabo. It took 2 hours for Delta to de-ice the plane in Milwaukee. Because of the long delay we missed the flight to Cabo. We asked Delta to book us on another flight to get us to Cabo today, Delta reps said nothing was available. Delta gave us a discounted coupon for a hotel in Atlanta and rebooked us on a flight to Cabo tomorrow.
