Cons: Food wasn't great and didn't get the option to pic something not allergy inducing. The chairs were very uncomfortable with no back support or head padding.

Pros: The crew was amazing, in the first few hours, they kept serving us, hot towels, drinks, food etc. I really felt pampered. Would fly with them again.

Cons: Transferring between 3 flights to get to my destination, I had to transfer my suitcases every time. With the security check etc. it was tiring to say the least.

Pros: We had nice reclining seat, I was able to sleep comfortably.

Cons: They ran out of some of the food so we had less options. The main dish was ok but the side salad was wilted and did not look fresh.

Cons: The seats could have been more comfortable, but I feel like that is a comment for most planes that fly internationally.

Cons: Main meal , too much rice for a westerner. Quality could improve a bit. Bread roll was below average.

Cons: It’s time to update the snacks, bu thank you for serving more than just peanuts. I was very cold on the flight - unusual, but definitely very chilly.

Cons: The earphone jack Was not working properly have to hold the earphone plug to the earphone jack the whole flight to watch movie

Pros: On time. Very professional. Staff works hard. This was the longest flight I’ve ever done; 16.5 hrs and I can’t tell you how great everyone at Cathay Pacific was. They made a difficult flight quite bearable. That’s saying something.

Pros: I like the option to upgrade for a paid seat. Having the window sit with the middle seat available provides extra space.

Cons: They could have served food. They could have checked us in through to our final destination.

Pros: The crew was very helpful. Entertainment had a good variety.

Cons: The second leg of the flight from Shanghai to Bangkok felt like sitting on wooden chairs. Picking the type of food and not end up with allergy inducing food didn't seem like an option.

Cons: China Eastern seems to be cutting corners in Business Class - cheap headphones, significantly reduced food quality, non-functional WiFi and cabin attendants with very limited English fluency.

Cons: Nothing. It was great. Strongly recommend.

Cons: Business class seats not very long if you are tall. Western meal option is not really very western. Crew is a little too efficient- got woken up 90 minutes before landing to clear the mattresses. Lots of announcements- a bit too much. On time, and quick to respond to requests. Sake was good as was the ramen.

Pros: The coach seats were larger than those on domestic flights. The window glass was dimmable for ideal lighting.

Cons: The arm rests did not go up all the way. This made it difficult to maximize comfort with my wife.

Cons: More JFK related than anything. 20 minute delay on Yvette tarmac due to gate related issues but that's not the airline's fault.

Cons: The boarding gate doesn’t have elevator or scalator and it’s hard to go up/ down the stairs (NAIA). Aircraft seat looks old. Overall the flight is good.
