It is stupid to have to go to Atlanta in order to get to Rochester NY. I was up for 36 hours because who can sleep on an airplane. I'll next do tht again.
Always a pleasure to fly with WestJet. I am however frustrated about the rising costs. We have started to resort to Ultra Basic fares to afford but really missing the extra bag but too costly.
The crew were all helpful, kind, and effective. There could have been more space under the seats.
Bumped from my connected flight, we arrived earlier than scheduled and I was bumped 4.5 hours later. There was no reason, they said my time I wouldn’t have connected in time. I had 41 minutes. None of Westjet customer service in airport could figure out why me and my 5 year old were bumped from flight we booked. We had 10 minutes to get to next gate after we got off the plane, one lady mentioned that’s not enough time to get to next gate. I was there in 3 minutes. Was originally suppose to fly out at 6:50 pm And was re scheduled to 11:45pm.
Everything went well, smooth flight, arrived on time, no lost luggage!
I like the idea of a non-overnight flight to Europe.
Food was not inspired but was satisfying. Same for infotainment selection. You’d think business class would come with complimentary WiFi. Crew was uniformly attentive and excellent.
Did not like the seat selection which was poor.? My daughter and I never did get seats together because it all took place at the last minute and we had to accept whatever seats were left

The flight took off two hours late. What was good was that I was getting an information on this earlier in the day. The lounge agent sent the passengers to the gate way too early. That was annoying. The food aboard was disgusting. The service aboard was okay. The seats were good. Overall, it's a very mediocre experience. Well, it's not a five-star airline and not one that aspires to be one. Comparing TAP Portugal to Iberia or Lufthansa, I'd rather see it as a three-star airline, even though it's website works much better than what Lufthansa has been trying to pull off for the past decade.
The plane was FABULOUS. The crew were wonderful and the food more than I expected.
The food was dry and tasteless. Boarding process was ridiculous. Lounge is Lisbon was of very poor quality. The website is nearly unusable. Customer service was challenging. This was my first transatlantic business class flight with TAP. There will not be another.
Disappointing Compared to other airlines , this one was the most expensive. But not even close, in getting what you paid for.
TAP canceled connection and we had to wait 15 hours for another flight to Milan. There were plenty of. Seats on earlier but because we were Excellence Class the would not let us downgrade which we were willing to. Don’t understand their logic? Plenty of seats but we couldn’t / they wouldn’t make the change.
No onboard entertainment or food, but that was okay because it was a short flight. Pretty much everyone just slept on the plane. The plane was comfortable enough.
There were no delays. I almost lost my connection because of the new EES system
On the seat map for this flight with TAP was shown a business class configuration of 2 rows/8 seats. To my surprise, 4 rows/24 seats being the middle is kept empty, old European type. I chose seat 2F, the the leg room economy dimension. This is not what I paid for. Disappointed!
Great staff who were ready working with smile 6 in the morning on New Year’s Day. Although security checkpoint was way too busy, the airline staff were understanding and waited few minutes after boarding. We took off not only exactly on time, but arrived 20 minutes early. Two thumbs up!!!
The space between seats is so minimal that there was no way to get comfortable. I will not fly this airline again.
No food was served on the flight. Boarding desk open two hours before departure. But they recommande to be there three hours before departure !! So we where a group waiting 1 hour in Line for nothing …
My flight from Toronto to PDL was one of the worst experiences of my travel history. I paid for an upgrade and did not receive it, and was also charged an exorbitant amount for a 25-inch bag, and when I tried to explain the situation, I was only told the flight was already over capacity. & I had to accept what I could get!, I am a frequent traveler and will not be flying your airline again!. The only thing positive in this entire trip wete the flight attendants, but other than that, everything else was very disappointing!
Everything was perfect, clean and very nice staff. But the seat was uncomfortable compared to other companies and the food wasnt good
Flight wasn’t full so got to stretch out and sleep.
Boarding was delayed. Then when we queued, it took us to another long line to stand in. Flight had 0 entertainment. Not even a magazine. But they had a free meal and it was good!
You cannot add an additional luggage via the check in. It seems to be an issue with Azore Airline.
The facilities at PDL are absolutely appalling during a 4.5-hour connection. Passengers from multiple flights were crammed into a small area with insufficient seating and only a snack bar. The only bathroom was unisex, with one stall for men and another for women side by side. This is for hundreds of passengers. The connecting aircraft from PDL to JFK was downgraded/switched out to an Economy Class-only configuration without explanation, even though the aircraft with Comfort Class we arrived from FNC on remained at the stand. Those who paid for Comfort Class could not enjoy the better seating or catering. Food and drink aboard was sub-par. I would qualify it as one of our worst travel experiences in years.
Every meal/snack included something with ham/pork - even the cookies had "swine fat" (which we only knew because we thoroughly checked the ingredients). There were no vegetarian options, and we had not been given the option of pre-selecting a meal when purchasing our tickets or checking in. That made for a VERY long flight. We were fortunate that we had brought our own snacks as back-up.
I booked and paid for my original flight with E-Dreams. Also made seat selections. Got an email a few days later saying my return flight had be cancelled?? Called E-Dreams and they said it was the airline that cancelled (Sato)? Told to rebook the return flight myself? Cost was double the original flight and was booking me on the same flight as I originally booked?? Called back, the agent agreed to cancel my flight to the Azores and AGREED to a full REFUND. The agent advised me to re-book the flight on my own. Did so and ended up with the EXACT same flights as originally booked?? Have only received a PARTIAL REFUND. Still out approximately $300 dollars?? Is this a SCAM. How do I get the remaining REFUND?? Regards, Brett Parry
Awful, I was bumped from my buisness class seat because the airline decided to forfeit my seat to a pilot and stick me in the very back of the plane. My flight was delayed by an hour, boarding took an extra 30 minutes longer then it should have, and the in flight entertainment system was broken for my entire flight. I have yet to hear from Air Canada with regards to a refund for my ticket so in total I'm down about $1400 dollars for my tickets. Moving forward if I can avoid using Air Canada in the future I will be doing so even if it costs me extra money.
Flight was late missed our connection to Indianapolis no hotel rooms really difficult finding a room hope to be in Indianapolis one day late and multiple flights to even get there.
Food abd wine was good and for the price this was a true bargain, relative to other transatlantic options. But it is still significantly behind my experiences with Air France long haul in both hard and soft product. But for the price air Canada to Europe from Vancouver is currently the best value of quality for the dollar cost.
Air Canada doesn't have the jl most comfortable seats. It wasn't bad it just want what you expect for business class and there are adjusters for that but, they weren't that great.
It was out first time flying Air Canada and it was ok, comfort-wise. I hope airlines are able to get a quiet room installed for young children flying. Screaming and crying the whole time in business class is quite unfortunate. That was the only thing that really messed up the experience.
Meal and drink service was good. Old plane with old business class seats were quite disappointing
Delayed by 5+ hours and they give a voucher for only $20 CAD which isn’t even redeemable at any place with edible food. Then took almost an hour to clean craft after it landed. And nonsensical boarding delayed even further. We didn’t leave until 1:30am….
Great breakfast and coffee …..fastest bag service I have ever had in NOLA
This was an excellent experience for a very short flight.
Received email saying that there won’t be a seat back entertainment screen and inflight WiFi would be available. But no WiFi both ways. Say it in the email.
Old planes and rude crew. They need a make over and better staff training. Even business class crew was rude and the hospitality was non existent.
Great. Only issue…the cabin was kept as warm as a sauna.
Connecting in Frankfurt was a nightmare! Whoever scheduled our connection in Frankfurt for 90 minutes should be fired! Passport control takes 3 hours, minimum! Avoid Frankfurt airport at all costs! Never again! The airport is 3rd world. The WORST!
The tv and remote didn’t work. The plug to charge our phone didn’t work.
The seats on Lufthansa’s international business class on the A350-900 is the worst product in the market. Our chief purser was AMAZING though. She is the best FA I have had in many years.
They set someone on our assigned seats and we ended up finding seats for ourselves to ensure the family sits together.
Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.
Our Lufthansa flight MUC to IAD was cancelled 90 minutes after boarding requiring a night in Munich. Nightmare.
The service and food was excellent. The remote control for entertainment did not function properly.
