The flight was delayed, and delayed some more. But there was more room on this plane than the one that flew oversees! There was no food or entertainment, but that’s ok, it’s a short flight
The flight was missed. Even though I got there on plenty of time. So british airline put me in a hotel in London for the night and got me a flight for the next day. I was happy to get a quick flight. But it only a short vacation and I have lost a day of it because of this.
Flight was canceled. I had to pay for my own hotel room and could get a flight until the next evening. BA does not have offices or anyone to help at the London Heathrow. Airport. The whole experience was miserable.
GOOD: The flight was not delayed and the food was good. The IPA Goose Island beer was excellent. BAD: One of the crew members was so fat that every time she passed through the aisle, she bumped all the people along. Every single time. Once she bumped me with her breast, which made me particularly uncomfortable. I understand job fairness and protection against ageism and people with disabilities but if you buy an aircraft with a given width of aisle, you can't hire attendants whose buts are wider than the aisle. I am sorry but it was really annoying.
Good, except that checked luggage did not make it to DFW with me and still has not been delivered over 24 hours later. One bag is at DFWand one is at an apartment complex in Denton, Tx. I have a delayed baggage receipt, but phone number given at the baggage desk will not go through and can’t find another number to call.
No beverage service for an 11 hr flight! Never got alcohol or soda or juice, only water once! Never again
It was good but my seat was terrible for a long trip, too small
Was downgraded from Premium Economy to Economy and no indication of any compensation.
Initially there was delays due to weather so we were grounded. Once we got off the ground, they were quick to turn of the seat belt sign and give us drinks and snacks. No complaints about the flight. It was very full.
