Cons: "1) That we went to Toronto, but our luggage went to Montreal. 2) That my wife had to stay up the whole night calling everyone in their call center to find out what happened to our luggage. 3) We were charged for selecting our seats in the flight reservation process. 4) We were misdirected by an Air Canada rep for our return flight and this caused us to miss our connecting flight as well. 5) We ended up spending more than 12 hours at the airport for flying from Toronto to Washington DC."

Pros: "I liked how the crew was helpful and wanted to help everyone with their luggage. they didn’t disturb me in my sleep and didn’t walked around a lot. The flight timing was on time and it landed on time as well so that was very satisfying."
Cons: "I didn’t like the sitting of the airplane. It looks more like sitting in a local bus and its not very spacious. On an average these days most people in Canada are tall and above the height of 5’7 feet. I didn’t like how seats are small and have less space for legs and plus the next person to me keep disturbing me cuz he was as tall as me and we both hardly fit in the seat. I am only 6 feet and slim and still had issues. I mean for domestic flight that’s only two hours I can manage sitting in a uncomfortable position but if it was a long flight then i would definitely not be happy and won’t fly with Air Canada again."

No entertainment for an 8 hour international flight! Really? Only one checked bag for an international flight. I’ve experienced much better on other airlines."

Cons: "Air Canada offers this flight DAILY. Yet somehow the boarding was the most excruciating tedious I’ve had to endure. Passengers who needed assistance boarding seemed to have to deal with haphazard organisation, and the fact that they seemed surprised so many people brought carry-on luggage that the bins filled up is laughable. Changed my return flight to Alaska Air."

Pros: "I was originally impressed with Westjet's notification to check in before my flight, I was also prompted to download their app which sped up the process and was very user friendly. The airport staff were very friendly and helpful."
Cons: "This was a really crowded flight, the boarding gate area was too small to accomodate all the passengers. The plane itself wasn't the newest, we were all packed like sardines in a can for about 6 hours. NO entertainment, food or drinks."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that I paid 14$ for wifi and it kept kicking me off all the time. Also when we landed in Edmonton we circled their airport for half an hour then finally landed and we were stuck on the Tarmac for additional 45 min while we waited to get towed to our terminal. All in all terrible first time flying with air Canada and will never do it again. West jet flight I took to my destitnation was awesome"
Cons: "Air canada canceled the direct flight from Calgary to LA as I booked. The replaced flight is indirect one via veccover. I end up needed get up in dark driving from lake Louise to Calgary to catch the flight and got home after 13 hours in total. The reason of the calculation was no enough customer and there was no compensation being offered."

Cons: "This was an overnight flight and we had our seats changed to the back row without being told. The seats would not recline and when the seats in front of us reclined for the entire flight, the screen and chair were about a foot from our faces. This was hands down the worst flight I have ever had. The flight crew Wulf not move us as the flight was full, and despite there being more than half of the first class seats available, they would not let us sit there. I will likely not fly air canada again given this experience."

Cons: "Check-in person did not attach priority tag to luggage (business class) until i argued with her. This is the second time Air Canada has done this. We paid a lot extra for this service and should not have to quibble with staff in order to receive it. There was no lounge in Charlottetown, but that's not the airline's fault. However, the Air Canada lounge at Pearson was shabby and poorly outfitted. Shameful."
Pros: "The stewards were very attentive and kind. My original seat was kind of squished and there were a few open seats on my flight. So a lovely stewards offered me another seat where I wouldn't be sandwiched between people."

Cons: "There was more kids then adults in the plane. The food was terrible, surged too late for a flight to a muslin country with almost everyone fasting on board. Once it was served, left side of the plane was served first while kids on the right side claming their meals and not understanding why they are not getting any. The bathrooms were dirty. No screens on board. The seats bead some upholstery work."

Cons: "Boarding in Toronto was late, chaotic, poorly managed. Food was meagre, tiny servings of bland food for dinner, a slice of banana bread for breakfast. Hard to believe they couldn't do better."

Cons: "My sister is still stuck in Paris after she was rerouted there from Toronto to catch a Royal Air Maroc flight. The air canada office closed and the phone line people have failed to ensure that her ticket was paid for so she's been stuck for two days in Paris and traveling a total of three days!!"
