The seats are very tight and never very comfortable. It was easy for us to board but we sat at the gate a while and were a little late getting to our destination."

Cons: "After buying alcohol in Guatemala, at the duty free shop, the workers at the shop taped the small boxed jars in bubble wrap - not, I discovered in an official duty free bag. So security stopped me in Houston, I went back to the United counter where they were going to charge me $15 to send it to Sacramento. I didn't spend the money. Dissapointing."

Cons: "Charging 28$ to check one bag on an international flight? When did that change and why? I will fly somebody else from now on. What greed!"
Pros: "My flight attendants on my flight were wonderful and so was the boarding crew at San Fran's airport to Las Vegas were awesome as well. The space I had on my connecting flight to vegas was awesome and the feature it had to charge devices were a nice too."
Cons: "The crew at the front desks and at the boarding area for my flight from Anchorage, AK, to the San Fran airport however, were extremely rude. The rating for the crew is a 2 because although my flight attendants were awesome, but the service given to me and to my fellow flyers by the Customer Service Agents/Reps at the front desk and the training of a newbie at the gate, when boarding at the Anchorage, Alaska, airport was terrible. They were extremely unprofessional and did not seem to care that the tones of their voices, their facial expressions, as well as their body language, showed that they lacked the manners and knowledge of compassion, respect and courtesy. Their rotten attitudes were insufficient at making the customers/guests of the airlines feel comfortable before flying. I did not appreciate being spoken to the way some of the reps did."

They also came around with water very quickly for everyone to help cool them down. It was either push forward and wait for it to cool down once we got in the air or change planes, I was totally ok with how they handled it."

Cons: "airport was VERY packed! I arrived to the gate 10 minutes before my flight. I asked for window seat (I was not able to make my seat online because of my passport) and they wanted me to pay 10 minutes before the flight for a window seat!! fortunately the plane crew let me sit on window seat since there were lots of empty window seats. The food was not good. The crew was trying so hard to give as less as possible. They were asking "do you want...?" before giving anything. You either need to be awake the whole flight or there is a good chance to miss meal!"
