We missed our Sea-Tac shuttle to take us to Oak Harbor and had to reschedule. We just made the next one and it cost us to reschedule. Thank goodness they had room for us on the next shuttle!!! Not very happy!!! It was no fault of the Alaska pilots or crew but the management of the airlines!!"

Tomato juice was hot from being outside, normally cool even without ice. Snack was fine, but minimal and snack boxes not available on short flight, so less stars for that. Entertainment nonexistent - film/tv access not available in flight without something in mobile device that was not explained, no plugs for charging."

It finally came in late, by that time we drove back to Hailey, Idaho. Thankfully my luggage arrived by 1:00 am Jan. 6 ! Sorry, I was not impressed. Cons: "Where to start. Booked a higher priced ticket as layover was minimal. Westjet later emails, saying layover is now 7 hours?!?! We booked a connector with air canada with only a 2hr layover. We decided to keep the checked bags on the Westjet later connector to be less hassle. Westjet agents at airport did not mention that you cannot do that. So it wasn’t until we arrived at the layover point, we were told we had to pull the bags and re-check them in with Air Canada, go through the whole rigamarile of checkin, baggage check, and security. Not something you want to deal with when you are at the tail end of a red-eye flight. So thumbs down. In Westjet’s defense, they did give me a 200 dollar credit toward a future flight when I kicked up a fuss about the change to a 7-hour layover."

Cons: "Aeromexico is a scam. I will never travel with Aeromexico again. When we arrived in Mexico City, MX the airline changed their boarding gate without notification. We were sitting at the original gate for 2 hours only to realize they never called us to board. By the time we got to the correct gate, we were not allowed to board the plane because they said we were late. The plane left at 5:00 p.m and we arrived at the gate at 4:50 p.m. They informed us that we had to purchase new tickets which cost $370 per person. There were 4 of us. After arguing with the Aeromexico representatives and supervisor for over 5 hours and having them check their flight boards they admitted to making the mistake so they changed our flights without charging us, but now our flight leaves the next day at 6:20 a.m. and we will not get to our final destination until 4:15 p.m. So, we have to spend our night sleeping in the airport until our morning flight at no fault of our own. Their customer service is the worse and I've never ever had this kind of travel experience with any other flight. I am fed up, tired, and will be reporting this airline for fraud because many other customers have had the same experience. Never again will I travel with Aeromexico and Kayak should be ashamed to partner with this airline."

Cons: "The crew was so unpolite they did not let me board because apparently i was late and instead of helping me connect with another flight they told me they could not do anything...the crew at the checking was so rude...i missed my flight I will never use this airline again Delta was much better"

Pros: "Considering the price we paid for our tickets is the the only drawback I keep coming back to when I think about the VALUE of what I paid for.the entire flight. The overall experience was good throughout; from the airport on both ends of the journey to the actual inflight experience. I'm not sure how much of an influence the airline has on the airport part of it all, but the check-in process was good. The self check-in machines for AA were a little "buggy" and difficult to navigate but helpful staff was readily available as were the short lines. I am 6'2" and was impressed that I had adequate leg room in my seat."
Cons: "We paid a lot for our tickets even though they were purchased months in advance. Then when it came to seat selection, there was none. Our party of three, which was husband and wife plus friend, were all seated separately. We could have opted for "pay extra" seating, but even that did not get us together, so we opted out."

Cons: "Flight from Columbus was delayed due to crew member family emergency. AA said I would miss my connection in Charlotte. The only alternate connection was too late to complete the trip. I nearly canceled the trip. I reboarded and made my connection with 10 minutes to spare. Also, my destination (Greenville) was only 90 miles from Charlotte, the connecting airport (unbeknownst to me). AA should have offered the option of driving to my destination."

Cons: "My flight was delayed 4 times from Columbus to Chicago due to an ATC issue in Chicago. On the 4th delay announcement I had to rebook my international flight for the following day because my connection was leaving Chicago while I was still in Columbus. I had to rebook and get a hotel for the night on my own expense since American Airlines won't pay if it is weather related even though the weather was not the issue, rather air traffic control. The plane we got the next day was a smaller uncomfortable plane with zero entertainment and a crew that projected they would rather be anywhere else. I don't blame them, my experiences with American Airlines had been progressively getting worse."

Cons: "We loaded late and than sat in the plane awhile before we left. No explanation was given. Once we arrived in Charlie we sat on the tarmac for 20 min. No explanation. Than we waited 20 min fir our carry on luggage to arrive. We were told we had to check it. By the time we arrived at our gate they had given outlet seats away. They were not very polity ir helpful."
