really poor, the flight got cancelled first and then faced a delay. I ended up getting a middle seat which is a big no for me given I am claustrophobic.

I booked through Kayak for the first time. Unfortunately I was charged in US dollars. Only after booking did I see the tiny American flag on your website. There should have been a larger icon with a notice that I am in Kayak’s US site. I am Canadian, am flying in Canada and was disappointed that Kayak did not recognize this.

Boarding was OK. The overhead bins on the Havilland 400 are smaller than the allowable carry on bag sizes, making the bags to be jammed in and as a result slowing the boarding process.

The plane was so old it did not have a plug-in for your cell phone and there was no entertainment Screen available

Flt was Vanc to Toronto. You don’t serve food and child behind me kicking the seat. Otherwise good.

Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.

Booked flight was cancelled. Was rebooked but sat in airport for several hours for new departure.

It was delayed then we turned around so not good.

Solid value in general for economy traveler's, tho the quality of the food and general presentation could do with improvement.
