My trip was two parts flying from Canada to ATL then to PNS I had confirmed seats with tickets at boarding in Canada and bags tagged for said flight. Got to ATL got help to plane before boarding ended and was told at the gate that I had no seats on this flight even though I had tickets that said so I was told by a supervisor with Delta that I was booked on flight 5 hours later not the one on my ticket had to sit in ATL not knowing if my bags were on flight I was booked on or the one I was told at the gate for 5 hours later or even if I would have seat on that flight as seats were to be assigned at gate. Will never recommend West Jet product and am not sure about Delta any longer and had never booked thru Kayak for flight before and will probably never again and will be sharing my experience with who ever will listen to me about it to warn them to avoid the problems I went thru.
they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.
As per usual, lately, the flight was delayed. I can’t recall the last time a WestJet flight was on time.
It was not clear that a shopping bag with gifts would need to be checked. Lucky that my friend checked her carry on so that she could take mine on. It contained fragile items ( and expensive). Plus they charged me $100 for that last minute change.
Very friendly crew & the flying was smooth and as efficient as possible. I just found the leg room a little cramped and, unfortunately, the seats in front of us when reclined really cramp you up even more.
The flight attendants could have been mote professional, talking about other people's life choices loudly and rudely. Delay to board which seems more and more standard with westjet.
Not having a screaming baby in my row the whole trip would have improved the experience.
West jet once again canceled the flight delaying my travel this is inexcusable they are not capable of running an airline

I booked through Kayak but was charged in US dollars. Kayak should ensure that its site clearly indicates the currency. I missed the tiny US icon in the top right corner and paid another $60 for the return flight from Vancouver to Kelowna.
I'm 75 years old man and I was given the seat right in the back of the plane. There was no one sitting behind me. And I booked the ticket more than one month ago. I was given the seat number on the last half an hour before flight. I wonder how this happened. I was not able to stretch the seat. The whole flight I was sitting tight. Please don't treat the seniors like that. I hope you will consider this suggestion and treat your seniors little better.
Older plane, business class was not up to par, entertainment screen small and dim and average food.
really poor, the flight got cancelled first and then faced a delay. I ended up getting a middle seat which is a big no for me given I am claustrophobic.
I booked through Kayak for the first time. Unfortunately I was charged in US dollars. Only after booking did I see the tiny American flag on your website. There should have been a larger icon with a notice that I am in Kayak’s US site. I am Canadian, am flying in Canada and was disappointed that Kayak did not recognize this.
Boarding was OK. The overhead bins on the Havilland 400 are smaller than the allowable carry on bag sizes, making the bags to be jammed in and as a result slowing the boarding process.
The plane was so old it did not have a plug-in for your cell phone and there was no entertainment Screen available
Flt was Vanc to Toronto. You don’t serve food and child behind me kicking the seat. Otherwise good.
Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.
