Great experience…left a bit behind schedule but made up fir that in the air and landed 10 minutes early 😁

The seat and leg room was not good. The food and beverage service was good.

For economy, it was very good. Staff was great, they even let some of us change seats for more leg room... Put an empty seat between us which was fantastic for a 12hr flight. Onboard entertainment was excellent, I think over 200 choices of movies/tv/etc The bad was the barely/nonfunctional wifi that cost either $16.99 or 1700 miles (full flight). It was atrocious... Definitely the worst of the last 3 long haul major airlines I was on the last few months.

Electric plugs didn't work. Entertainment system wasn't working

The design of the light switch on the arm rest is ridiculous.

The gate attendant let me walk right by her with a bag too big for the overhead compartment

Overall, it was a good experience. Boarding was good and there was plenty of overhead bin space for everyone’s carryons (even when we boarded toward the end). Only improvement would be to offer trash service more regularly.

David went above and beyond to make our flight the best that it could be

No food service almost missed because of first flight delays

Only issue was checking in took over an hour and was very stressful. It all worked out, but we weren't sure for a while.

We purchased premium flex tickets for our overseas flight to London. I have food, allergies, so I knew I wouldn't be able to get a full meal. WestJet doesn't seem to provide any way for people like myself to register their allergies ahead of time. I was given one small package of crackers and cheese as my meal. I was told there were no more packages available and no other alternatives for food. The flight attendant seemed quite disinterested in providing service. That stands in stark contrast to other Westjet flights where the flight attendants have gone out of their way to provide service.

Lots of overhead storage and a good crew and service.

On time. Friendly and efficient staff at check in and flight crew.

The flight was ahead of schedule. A half glass of juice and a cookie is pathetic! No entertainment possibilities. Not even a plug-in for phone or IPad if you wanted to watch a downloaded movie. Back to flying Air Canada!

The flight was ahead of schedule. A half glass of juice and a cookie is pathetic!

The staff were the friendliest I have encountered in years. Absolutely great!

Our flight was delayed for almost 2 hours resulting in a rush to connect to our next flight

Good. Would be better if the carry on baggage was free.

Flight cancelled and Kayak switched our return flight to a red eye. Ridiculous.

This flight was canceled at the last moment and I was stranded in the Vancouver International. I spent the night there without compensation and the staff looked annoyed and wanted to get rid of the passengers without offering much help.

Service Director cut all cabin lights and window screens defaulted to dark, but it was an afternoon flight going west. I spent hours trying to see what was reading as reading lights weren't working either. What the hell.

The food could have been better. The flight attendant was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever had.

Comfortable seats and movies entertainment available. Better experience than the flight from Toronto to Denver.

It was delayed by almost 90 minutes and that messed up our plans but it was beyond UA’s control that is what we heard

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

I did not like ANYTHING about Discover....see my previous comments regarding our trip. I will do everything possible never to fly with Discover again!!!

Terrible experience. Flight was delayed then canceled. They had no clue how to rebook us. Had to wait in line to take to a gate agent for 2 hours. Absolutely terrible from start to finish.

Most expensive flight… and they are trying to pinch more and more money out of you. Baggage, snacks, pillows, headphones… — so many airlines do far better than this… surely a national airline can do better?
