Very easy to use and convenient, you can perform any action within the same portal
The baggage belt was not updated on the Delta App and was displayed on the wrong belt board. Was not expecting this to happen.
Everything went smoothly, although the usual gripes about airline travel were still present: the boarding process is inefficient, the snack selection is limited, and so on. Since there was extra space on the flight, the gate agent rearranged many people's seats to put people on the aisles and windows, leaving the middle seats empty, as much as possible, which was pretty great.
Landed without a gate ready. Plane is extremely old and dirty.
Pilots lied about waiting on “paperwork”. Sat in the plane for over an hour, waiting on some papers to be printed according to the pilot and then all of a sudden he says good news maintenance is finally on their way. Maybe they can fix it before we get our paperwork. Ended up missing my connection in LaGuardia and as a result, had a fly home to Lexington instead of the Louisville airport. Then paid $100 to uber to Louisville since it was midnight by the time I got in. I wish they would just be transparent with passengers sometimes and not try to beat around the bush on why things are delayed.
Boarding was good. The flight was on time ( arrival was 20 minutes early). Inflight service was average ( US airlines have not mastered the skills of customer service yet). The food was mediocre. “ breakfast “ was downright awful and insulting. It was a piece of dough with mon descript filling that was supposed to be cheese omelette).
During the flight, the only refreshments provided were crackers and soft drinks; no substantial food was offered despite the international route. Furthermore, our initial flight was delayed, causing us to miss the connecting flight in Atlanta. The airline did not hold the connection, and we were informed that the next available flight is not for another 24 hours. While I am aware of alternative options via JetBlue, they operate out of JFK, which is not a viable solution for us as a resident of New Jersey.

Too many people are taking up space in the overhead bins with their extra piece of luggage. Since they cannot fit their backpacks or extra luggage piece under the seat in front of them, they store it in the overheads and thus taking up room for other passengers. It wasn’t only one or two persons; more like 12 or 13 passengers.
Got to fly my favorite plane, the Boeing 767-400ER, to Milan. The soft blush pink mood lighting during meal service was very beautiful and gorgeous. The service was top-notch, and our flights were on time. I highly recommend Delta.
Everyone was nice but it's budget. There's nothing free and no entertainment

The worst. My flight was canceled :-- by email! -- at 10pm, just 8 hours prior to departure. Normally, given the early departure time, I would've been asleep. I was lucky to be awake and to be able to take action. Even worse, it turns out that the flight wasn't canceled (confirmed because I was at the airport and saw it loading), Spirit just canceled my reservation, probably because I got such a good rate! Utterly appalling. Notably, Spirit did not inform you (Kayak) of the change, so I kept getting alerts from you.
Delayed over two hours. Only knew about a 30 minute delay in advance
The flight was a big joke very uncomfortable I had a horrible experience and I will never fly with them again everything about the flight was bogus and I’m not happy with it at all this experience makes me not want to fly ever again
Flight was delayed more than 3 hours, and the metro had stopped running by the time we got to the terminal well past midnight, so I was stranded, alone, with no way to get home until the metro started up the next morning.
Flight was delayed due to waiting for crew! Flight attendants did not offer us food or drinks. Did not communicate with them at all other than at boarding and leaving the plane.
Crew was very nice. Take off and landing were great. Economy seats are not comfortable. Extra cost for snacks.
