Most aspects were good however if they assign boarding zones they ought to enforce them or why bother? My luggage from SAN-JFK-MAD was lost in NY so I without my main bag for two days upon arrival in Spain. They were helpful in tracking it and eventually delivered it to my hotel. The flub was because of a delay upon arrival in NYC. I had booked 2 1/2 hours between flights but we had to hold on the taxiway for an hour after landing while waiting for a clear gate which likely caused the baggage error.

Crew was friendly Love the entertainment in the seat head rest.

Delayed take-off. Very small plane so very scary with lots of bumps during the flight. Would never fly Delta on short flights in small 80 seaters plane again! Felt relieved when landed.

The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.

Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.

Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons

Rode in a smaller plane and short trip meant no snacks, no free wifi or tv. It was only 30min flight so honestly wasn’t a big deal to lack these items.

Kind staff. Snacks are small but that’s the new normal.

I sat in comfort plus. It was fine. Seats were comfortable. I got drinks and snacks.

Good and consistent Printer in lounge did not work for me :(

Very comfortable (upgraded to business class). The audio on my screen didn’t work, but I managed to play the audio through my phone while watching the screen.

get E+, a must for 5 hours flight if you are tall

Multiple delays and not straight answer from the United team

I just got back from a trip with 3 flights each way. The flights were good and we were happy with out experience. There was one steward on our first flight that was harsh and grump with passengers. It did not leave a good impression. All of the other flight crews were great on the other five flights.

Food and flight attendents with positive dispositions and friendly behavior, more professional attitudes

Easy to board. Flight was super crowded though so I didn't sleep well on that cross country red-eye flight. The aisles seem ot have gotten narrower and the seat smaller whn luggage and people are getting bigger so it would be AWESOME to have more space and breathing room in general ;)

Liked the hospitality . The ight took us 6 hrs to get from fort myers to ewr.

Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.

Overall great. I was forced to check my carry-on backpack from EWR to BOS but it came out on the luggage carousel so fast I didn't even get delayed for my pickup.

Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!

Tell them to chose a better, less bumpy route :( my seat had no window all the way at the end 😔

Boarding east and ontime. Seat spacing was tight, and seats don’t recline.

The flight was canceled and was bounced around time wise with my elderly parents. That being said the gentleman in custody service was amazingly helpful

It amaze me how other airlines leave on time and Spirit always have some type of delay. I’ve flown with Spirit many times, but it reached a point I’d rather pay twice the amount and not deal with this corporation they never do nothing to reimburse people for their time or headaches.

Overall flight was good, the attendant at the desk was pretty rude to me and some other customers. It was my second time flying on my own and I was repeatedly told to use the app to find my seat assignment but the app would not work, in the end it took just a few seconds to print a physical copy, but I was given a lot of trouble over it.

Too many time late and postponed No electrical power for my electric devices

Flight and crew were good, no complaints at all. Easy, uneventful, quick flight. The delays, cancelled flight, hold time to wait for customer service on the phone were not good. One person that answered told me the delays, first on the way to Newark, and again on way from Newark were due to weather (there was no weather on flight coming in); turns out that was not true. Multiple flights were delayed and cancelled that weekend- 6 for the trip leaving on Sunday from what customer service at the desk told me. Newark was having issues with air traffic controller I believe. So, getting false information and only options of rebook (for another day, or one with stops to get in the next day), refund or a credit valid for 5 years, did nothing to help me get to work the next day or get my son home for school that next day. There was no sort of compensation for the wait or cancellation from airline or from airport. Just out of pocket for the uber ride and the missed hours at work.

The seats! Do not nickel and dime! Be transparent about all your fees!

It was fine, Can’t blame you about airport issues.

You get what you pay for, and the flights went smoothly. There’s no reclining chairs, no screens, And there isn’t always wifi, but the plane was clean and staff was friendly and the takeoff/landing were smooth.
